Well, interesting. At least PhoenixFly and Bird-Man do not recommend to land into water....
-
Well, I'm jumping the country of 1000 lakes. I've landed out with wing suit only once so far. I got no emergency water landing with wing suit either. I'm getting really ashamed.

unfortunately Switzerland isn't Europe ... anyway who cares ? FYI, it is.

Stowing excess steering line on Infinity risers
phoenixlpr replied to Ronaldo's topic in Gear and Rigging
I don't feel comfortable looping the excess back anyway. I don't think that could be more secure, they are a pain in the ass to use. I don't like those excess line keepers without velcro. I prefer risers with velcro. -

No way for the excess line to come loose. Sure. Just like a big fat knot.... I prefer this, see attached. -

Just tell me, why are you looping back? -
I have seen it. It looked ready to fly.

First of all it was not psycho pack on my video.... Anyway there is no half twist with psycho pack, because your just turn it back after you got it into the d-bag....
-
No need for psycho
-
Its just like buying a car based on which air-bag can blow into your face the softest way..... What is an AAD doing for a hard opening?
-
Tie the risers together under the breaks with your pull-up cord! I got about 5cm difference once or twice on a 105. I was to lazy to redo it. I haven't seen any difference on opening.
-
Nothing radical. Some ppl wants to have specific slider placement or pushing the nose in the middle. Using RDS can make a jumper more picky about packers.
-
I got about 100 WS jumps with an extra short: aprox 1.5m. Any rig in good shape would do with BOC beployment and a canopy your are comfortable to fly with. Its still quite noisy, speed is quite similar with other FS dive, just the angle is different. Don't worry about gear, just get anouther 200 jump and wings on!
-
Sure and 3 front flip and 2 back flip.... Than what? Just imagine that you don't have any slope in the place you jump..... Good judgment coming from experience, and lots of experience coming from bad judgment.

Yes it is. An-2

Wow! Nice to know the real thing, but just a roll-tuck mambo-jumbo.

Marble fake boobs, yack!

Why do you think I don't know those sources? Why do you think I have not any canopy courses? I'm sorry, I have first hand experience and I'm not a librarian... Although you have not pointed out that he is overloading that F111 190..... So jumping that ZP 170 is lot better than a 190 over WL 1.0...
-
I just jumped quite a lot of different canopies between size 300+ and 105, 7,9 cell, airfoil, round, triangular, ZP, hybrid, F111, square, semi and full-ellictical from WL 0.7 - 2.2....and I don't have to quote anyone. I usually not f*cking with others mind and fears..... Back to the topic. The short practical answer is :"Yes, Go ahead and enjoy"
-
That's a very interesting pimp.
-
Is that more practical than quantum physics?
-
Nice work! Is this coming from your homework or experience?
