  1. Can be, but I was jumping an over 300sqft 9 cell beast.
  2. My instructor told me to try everything when I was on static line traning. I have to mention two things: I used accuracy canopy and I was over 1000m when I was playing hard with my canopy. I think stalling a canopy is very important. We have to know the stall point and the behaviour of the canopy near stall. I think it should be practice high and alone/no traffic around.
  3. Beleive or not I have a Z1 and using Pro-track in High sound settings. I dont need hearing aid anyway
  4. If they have released it thats not beta testing anymore. If you are conservative you can stay with cypres.
  5. I think theres no benefit having ZP material in a reserve. They are not fequently used so they are near ZP anyway. Reserve canopies have different requirments like open in 100m where both vertical and horioztal speed is 0 m/s. There was a time when there were such canopies that used for both main and reserve like Maverick.
  6. Ive bought my first jumpsuit with detachable booties. It was a good initial choice because of my level at that time. I had some trouble with them when Ive started using them. With booties your ankle position is counts more!
  7. OK. You can find enough WL recommendation around these forums. Or you can check any manufacturers page. I think he should be in student category with 16 jumps.
  8. Ive tried Mav200 and Merit170. My exit weight was about 95Kgs. The difference is haven and hell. Merit has penty of lift. I think you could try some ZP 170 Spectre/Sabre...... without any problem.
  9. He should strt downsizing with himself first. Ive started too. Ive reached 79Kgs from 92, my tartget is somewhere between 68-74Kgs. Its hard takes time and efforts but not impossible.
  10. I agree with you. Ive not even crossed 1:1 the first 100 jumps. I have a message for him: broken wings heal long. Just check the limits of PD: http://www.performancedesigns.com/navigator.htm I share your worries, thats almost a suicide attepmt.
  11. I had one mal and cut-away one evening and next morning. I was a bit tense on the next jump. Why oh why?
  12. Thanks a lot. It was a great help. Thanks 4 your offer anyway.
  13. True. I think I,m going to order those from RWS and get just the D-bag. Thanks 4 your help.
  14. I think you couldve guessed already. I was asked about the dimensions of reserve free bag too. Yes, I need a reserve PC too.
  15. Because that comapny needs dimensions and not serial number to produce a proper, TSOd D-bag and reserve free-bag. Other questions?
  16. Ive lost those. Id like to get replacemnt. Id like to get it made. They need the dimensions. Can you help me? Thanks 4 all.
  17. Glidepath Criket 144( 147sqf). My exit wight was 211-216 lbs. It was going down fast and steep. I got an accepable standup landing.
  18. I had some jumps in cold, but not subzero. Landing was quite cold, not just the freefall.
  19. Ive thought that SLO is for wingsuit fly.
  20. I would check brake lines on the ground. Open high on the next jump and check behaviour close to stall. I had the same experience on a rented gear. That bitch was tuning the left on stall and landing too.
  21. I know how it feels. Ive lost main, reserve freebag/PC on last cutaway because of broken lines. Dont forget that you are alive!
  22. Theres a small advantage for students of skydiving in a small club or DZ just with C182/206. Theres no ZOO in the air.
  23. What else can you do? You should trust them if you dont know how to pack :).
