Definately check with a rigger. I would think that mesh wear, porosity if zero-p, wear at attachment points as well as the tape attaching the pud, the actual kill-line if "cockable", and the condition of the bridal would all play a major role-LOL Is that a broad enough answer for you? Just check the whole thing out and if you see something that you have a question about as a rigger. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I can come up with lots of designs here on my little ol' machine, if those will work. Someone enlighten me on the color requirements to be able to do this and I'll come up with plenty. You guys are more than welcome to shoot your ideas at me if you want. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

If I do eat at all its usually some quick leftovers I can throw in the microwave, especially on Sunday Morning. My problem then becomes skipping lunch, and chowing the F**k down at dinner and going to bed-LOL- My new diet consists of multiple small meals throughout the day, trying to eat aas little as possible in the eevening at least a few hours before carashing, which is no small feat!-LOL D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I discussed suit options before we began measuring and after a few discussions we decided to go with the Tony Suit if for no other reason than to get away from the "streamlined" cut. I'm not sure of the difference between the Winter cut of the swoop compared to the basic measurements taken for the Tony Suit. Like I told the DZo who measured me, when I lose this eccess weight I'll just have to spend a weekend packing sommmore of his Tandems to get another-LOL- and use this one if I ever start donning the camera or something. I'm 6'2" 230 pounds or so and I have always been a bigger boy but now that I'm almost 25 the good ol beer gut is trying to settle in-LOL- and I aint havin that shit. I also plan to get a freefly suit from somewhere before the summer. 185 without grippers- 225 with grippers, add booties, rush order, and a few other small extras and this is an expensive freakin suit!-LOL- Would any of you nice ladies like to model in my old suit for me so I can sell it?
-
Thats a good Idea and I remember seeing them somewhere on here but now I cant find it on the freakin order form-LOL what are they like 15 bucks extra? D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

OK so I needed to go with a Tonysuit instead of a Swoop, I'm the perfect example of whhat not to do over the winter-put on 30 freakin pounds- hahaha- no its not freakin funny either dammit. I actually have to worry about how much I weigh now? WTF is this??? anyhow- click here and let me know what ya think. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

Dont forget to make a nice place for it on the bed next to you at night, with a pillow and some warm blankets. Introduce it to all your friends and family immediately to prevent them from rejecting it later, and to promote appropriate social behavior(whatever that is). Be sure to feed it every chance you get when the sun is out, and explain to it why it cant go play when its rainy, windy, or to cold. A steady diet of air, grass, and packmat should keep it feeling good and looking great!!! D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

Sucks to be you-LOL mmmmmm rounds, lots of people ocsillating into each others lines, gotta drop a ruck AND get the freakin weapon off yur leg all at the same time, plus whatever else you guys have to do. Cheers to ya man but I hope all my jumps can remain above 2 grand, under a sqaure canopy, and for fun and not for war. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I successfully ended the longest layoff from jumping since I started recently, WTF was I thinking staying away for so long??? (9 months) Feel like I am starting all over again -LOL. GET YOUR ASS TO THE DZ_LOL Pack, wash planes, cut grass, whatever but if you wanna jump-there is always a way!! I bought my first rig from pack jobs, paid for jumps from pack jobs, bought jumpsuits etc. It helps now that I'm writing the new site for my home DZ, but I still pack some, if only to pay for jumps(and hopefully those 40 tandems show up monday thru -thursday-LOL) If you wanna jump, get off yur tail, go to the dz, find out what you need to do, and freakin do it bro!!!! Hey Blaine! You know we have a variety of sizes that you can jump at the DZ. Most of the rental gear has Safires for mains now, with sizes ranging from 259 to 169 I believe. You know you are more than welcome to jump my 195 again (its still sitting unpacked in the gear room-LOL), I may be getting a whole other rig and my talon may be put into use as rental gear, but I'm not sure. So dont quote me quite yet. I did a jump on a Safire Sunday, you could do the same and move down the sizes to kinda see what your comfortable with. Just whats left of my sense D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

This is how I do it: Put the top of the canopies "ears" into the corners of the bag,(it is still "cocooned"), fold from the center of the canopy to the back of the bag (not inside yet but on top), fold from the lines under what I just folded on top(still outside the bag), then I move to the front and proceed to place the corners of the two folds into the corners of the bag, stow the lines. basically all I do is put the top of the canopy in the bag first, fold the rest on top of the bag, and put the rest into the bag on top of the first. You do get a little balooning from the corners, but the center usually remains nice and makes it easier to stow the lines. I may be putting up some packing-info/photos/tips on the web soon for another site I'm working on, and I will do it in this fashion. Does that make any sense? Beleive me, I know exactly how you feel. I did make it to safety day though. I have had two layouts since I started jumping 5 yeasr ago. One from and ankle injury and the one I'm ending now cause of cash and school. The first jump back from my ankly injury in 97 was not to bad. This one now I have a few more butterflies-LOL- I dont know why really, like you I have kept up with S&T and I even started having those skydiving dreams again-LOL- which are cool. (I got to do a base jump from a 15 grand pier over the sky in my last one). I'm sure your in good hands down there-(I'm assuming you in FLA) My advice is to just keep it simple, do some practice pulls and refamiliarize your self with your handles and such in freefall. Get unstable and stable again, AND HAVE FUN! Pull high and have some X-tra canopy time, check your spot, know the winds, Know the landing patern, and do your thing!!! This is an unfair poll no matter what- people shouldnt have to make these difficult choices-LOL. How about sex during the drive to the dz? Then during lunch, then after a few cold ones at night. Why should we have to choose? D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com
