Quite possibly the elastic was aded after the fact, the guys rig who I saw them on is after all a rigger, but he loves it and it seems to work super duper! D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I have not seen any malfunctions on em, HARD OPENINGS?? Rare from my experience, they do snivel alot if you pack em to perfect-LOL- I generally only clear the stabilizers and a + B linegrounps, roll the tail and in the bag. Very little toggle input required, I think the risers require quite a bit of effort though. Some people love em, some people hate em - demo! Hey Dutch!! I'm not super sure about hastings, but during the summertime one of our rigger/AFF/Tandem/ multi rated cool guys from Monroe runs the Napolean Skydiving center in Michigan. He will be taking off in a few weeks I think to begin the season. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

Well Iw asnt going to mention my rig!! LOL or specifics, but since you ask wmblaine had his fun little reserve ride so I let him jump mine for night jumps. Where he promptly tried a night gauntlet in the parking lot with no injury to himself or anythiing else thankfully (thankfully he is ok and my rig didnt get ripped aapart-LOL) To our surprise there was not a single scuff mark on my container! I think we were both really happy abouty that! SO I hope your over it now Blaine cause everything is cool! I did have quite abit to drink and I had a blast! Maybe I was a tad too toasy and a little overboard! LOL But suffice it to say I was glad to be there for the first time in a while! AND with some of the coolest folks on the planet! Damn I need to get out more-LOL as for everything else............ no comment D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com -

Noone could settle for the hanging harness for Safety day! There was 3 reserve rides yesterday, either tieing or beating the record at my DZ. Two were on one load! Wmblaine had one. As far as I know all the mains were recovered , I think a few freebags and handles took the plunge. Everyone is safe and the riggers are happy!-LOL D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com -

We have a video of a video guy at the dz who had two canopies out a while back, If I remember correctly, he was in a biplane and cut away the main, it hung on the eserve for a second and luckily let go just in time for him to flare into the treetops, he was fine, very interesting video! I'll see what I can do about getting it on the computer. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

My purpose posting it here and emailing Sangiro about it is to get it removed, thats all. Like I said 1 million times I've tried to end the crap, and as far as I go its done, but I have a job to do (getting paid) and an obligation to protect against misrepresentation of my home DZ (since I am the new webmaster). You never answered me about necklaces!-LOL D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

Does Sangiro get pied for reaching 1000 users?
cyberskydive replied to cyberskydive's topic in The Bonfire
I think once we see that there is 1000 users here on the forum, we should all change our pics to pies for a day to pie Mr Sangiro- whattya say! D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com -
Well Diva, LOL, I'll take your word on the possum. I dont have a deer stand either but lots of others around here do. Besides, someone told me to say that-LOL- I never got the chance to use it and I hope I dont need to-haha D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I agree tee, that why I think its important that people hang out around the DZ as much as possible!!-LOL you learn alot that way! As far as the gear checks go, its up to YOU to have your gear checked. Even if noone else on the plane seems to care or noone else is even doing it you should have someone check your gear! Just dont be afraid to ask! I've always tried to make it a habit to look at other gear on the ride up too, fortunately I have not found anything yet-LOL. Gear checks save lives! I dont know the range of Blue Cross/ Blue Shield across the world-LOL, but when broke my ankle back in 96, the emergency room at the hospital was waiting for me when I finally made it there. I had no choice but to tell them the truth. Anyhow, the never picked a bone about paying for it, I was surprised. Things may have changed but if not and they are available where you are you should check them out. D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com

I've noticed alot of you have added your pics but some are distorted die to the size of them, so here is how to fix them. First open your picture up in an image editing program, if you dont have one, I suggest that you visit http://www.jasc.com and download the free trial of Paint Shop Pro. It will run for 60 days even though it says 30 and if you ever decide to buy it its usually less than 100 bucks. Once you have your picture open in a suitable program, what you want to do next is to crop your image. The goal you are trying to achieve is to crop it in such a way that when you resize it to width:65 height:75 you do not have any distortion. In most programs you can do this by having the program constrain the images height and width to maintain the proportins at a smaller size. You will have to play with the crop tool quite a bit to get use to it, and it may take you to a few tries to get to where it will resize properly wiothout any distortion, but otherwise, have at it! When you go to save your image, your best choice would be to use the jpg file format. Sangiro has placed a 100k file size limit on user photos which is VERY generous. The jpg file format should keep a 65 x 75 picture well below the hard deck without loss of image quality. For example, all the pics I have done for people so far have turned out great! With an average file size of about 2k -LOL Other than that have fun! Play around, add some borders and effects, just remember to keep the file size small and the height and width proportions correct! Alternatively you can send your pics to me, and I will size them for you and send them back as soon as I can- feel free! D.Chisolm C-28534 webmaster@sunraydesigns.com http://www.sunraydesigns.com
