You have a lot of good points. Simple reasoning, but I think your post sums up the feeling of a lot of Americans. There seems to be an inherent distrust of her, and your points hit it on the head. What I've never been able to figure out is how she made the transition so fast from First Lady to NY Senator. Not representative, but she was able to go straight to a Senatorial seat. Now, like you pointed out, she had very little to do with New York, it's constituents, or it's politics before... I've researched this and researched this, and the only real information I can find was on Wikipedia..... I guess this Bothers me, even though I myself have little to do with NY. I expect Sam Brownback, our Senior Senator for Kansas, to go up to Capital hill and with his best judgement, represent the people and the interests of Kansas while trying to see the "big picture." I didn't vote for him to go and just do pork-barrel projects for Kansas or just try to get himself reelected, but I expect him to keep his constituents in mind, and then see the bigger picture. This is what I expect of my Senator. With Hilary, I can't see her connection to NY, so how she went within a 2-year period, moved into a state, then almost instantly started representing it, well, this just bothers me. The whole thing just seems like a big grasp for power. Hell, if the Kansas Democrats loved her and we had an open seat, would she have bought a Mansion in Topeka? =========Shaun ==========

It always blew my mind in High school when people started wearing shit like that to school. I don't know if it's because they thought he was just a revolutionary and didn't know what he really did, or if they really condoned that kind of person. Bassoon. My dad did his degree in bassoon performance, and he even played in the Utah State Symphony for years before joining the Army and going back to School. I grew up with him teaching bassoon students in our house for years, and I knew that when I came home, the TV couldn't be turned on til 7:00 or until the last student left. Look, I'm a good conservative, and I don't believe that we should have our paws in private business. BUT,, on this issue I'm 100% for it. It's simple to me. For the sake of the workers and for the customers. For the Workers. Waiters, Waitresses, bussers, et cetera - The government has in almost every situation regulated safe workplace requirements. In coal mines, there is clean air requirements, and those go for almost any profession. What would happen to an employer who required their workers to work in a paint booth without a mask? Well, I don't see much of a difference. A waitress working in a smoky bar in being forced to work in an environment with well beyond the acceptable level of toxins in the air for any other profession. For the customers - I have worked with our health department on several occasion in setting up statistical models to watch food safety. They take it very seriously. Every food serving location is monitored yearly with inspections, and for problem places, they come every few months. Why not monitor the levels of toxins in the air as well? =========Shaun ==========

I have one tempo Reserve Ride, under a 1.3 lbs/ft^2 loaded Tempo 150. It opened wonderfully, landed softly, and it packs up easily. IMHO, a tempo is Not unlike the New Smart Reserve. The have a common ancestor, and the trim, design, and overall characteristics are about exact. I wouldn't buy one (there are better choices on the Market) but I feel safe with one on my back. =========Shaun ==========

I agree. I'm really bummed to hear about Him bowing out of the race - he defiantly had my vote. He had the experience, the looks, and the balls to saw "I don't know"." A president runs an administration, we need to remember that. A lot that comes from an administration is from those the President surrounds his/herself with.
