If it wasn't for the downs, the ups would be nothing more than mundane and intollerable existence. FallRate

Something for Skreamer and Clay to help pass those lonely nights.

Just great! It looks as if my second fiance has entered the porn market....FUCK! FallRate A bit esoteric, I admit. But if you happen to get it, it is funny. -
OK, I didn't actually read your post, but I'm thinking that you should delete every one of them and claim some kind of computer glitch!

Rook Nelson did a tandem at four years of age. The pictures are cool! FallRate

Don't worry. We're not about to go after the scientists before we do a better job of thinning out the Lawyer population! FallRate

I have a suggestion, but it's quite vulgar and would be a bit "uncomfortable" for her. (A lot like the back of a Volkswagen! Think "Mallrats"!!!) FallRate

Yes, it's great to see that we are willing to resume the process of sending inspectors into Iraq to check for those weapons which Hussein has said he is not in the business of producing, while he violated the terms of the UN cease-fire by limiting the searches before ultimately kicking the inspectors out of the country four years ago. Yes, it is wonderful to know that we can once again begin the fruitless game of cat-and-mouse because so many individuals can't seem to remember that this course of action has already been exhausted. Powell may support an attempt to reinstate UN inspections, but that is only because Powell is an astute politician. He realizes that even though an attempt to resume UN inspections is essentially an empty gesture, it is necessary to appease the idiotic masses who need reassurance that we have exhausted all diplomatic measures. One of the overly-bored billionaires, who was attempting the around the world ballon trip was taking AFF in case he might have to bail. This guy did pull his cutaway handle first and there was video. FallRate Oops, already covered.

I checked with Hobbycraft and they have a single-engine Otter available, and a plan to produce a twin-Otter. But last I heard, about a month or so ago, the twin still hasn't been marketed. FallRate

After about a year of trying to find a twin-otter model, I may have actually struck gold. Just have to wait for response from the dealer, which should come tomorrow. Yippee!!! Oh yeah, if anyone points out that finding a model was as simple as checking out one website and ordering online, I'm gonna be pissed! FallRate

Yeah, that's logical. FallRate

Yes, I suppose it is much worse to aim criticism at a single person rather than aiming it at an entire culture. FallRate

Hmm..."turn of events"? Do events ever really do a 180? Could this be a simplistic translation of a phrase meaning "cycle of events", or an "unraveling of events". I really want to know. (And yes, I remembered to take my meds today. ) FallRate

Just have to chime in here. Bill, would you please stop with the self-righteous "I'm an American who realizes that most Americans are simpletons, which therefore excludes me from judgment of the American masses and pretty much means that I am an f'ing genius" attitude. If you would like to explore the shortcomings of Americans, what say we start with a critical analysis of your infantile and generally incoherent rants!? FallRate

Ahh! I just realized something. Dropzone.com is an example of the probable success of a benevolent dictatorship. Sangiro, do you realize you're supporting fascist theory? FallRate

There must be more to this story than I get from your post. Are you under contract? If not, I would recommend a West Virginia style beat-down on the CEO and an early lunch. FallRate

Actually, Dry-Ice is considered a "dangerous good" or "hazardous material" for the purposes of shipping. This is due to the fact that it is CO2 and a buildup of CO2 can be a bad thing for passengers in confined spaces. If you are wondering why it would be an issue, dry-ice is used quite regularly to keep foods and other perishables fresh while in transit, particularly when travelling great distances. (Trivia: FedEx ships thousands of pounds of dry-ice on a daily basis.) So it is quite common to find passengers carrying it aboard their flights. FallRate

Actually, every year some individuals decide that they would prefer a keg closer to their camper...so they make off with them. Wouldn't be so bad, 'cept they tend to take off with the premo. FallRate

I could be wrong (I'm on my fourth beer), but I remember "learning" that Tokyo was not considered a prime target as it had already been leveled by conventional bombing. FallRate

I may have missed it in this thread, but there is much opposition to attacking Iraq which is based on the belief that there is no "legal" justification for it, via the UN. But four years ago Iraq removed all UN weapons inspectors in violation of the terms of cease-fire. And for four years we have done little to enforce the UN resolutions. Hussein has made it clear he will not abide the Resolutions. At this point, if we are to see that the Resolutions are complied with, a "change of regime" is necessary. The way in which this can be accomplished is debatable, but the fact that such a change is necessary is not. FallRate
