    The important part is for the person who is right next to the shower head, facing away from the shower head, to use their shoulder to regulate the water flow. Doing this properly will keep you both warm and with substantial water. If you're cold, move your shoulder up a little bit, giving yourself some more water, but be sure to leave enough spraying over your shoulder for her. I have noticed some unnamed females like to hog the water, so you might have to be the one doing the regulating. __________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks.     This sounds a lot like 1-800-DENTIST where dentists pay to have their names put on a list, and people call in and are told the closest dentist on the list. They do provide a service (advertising for the dentist/DZ, locating a dentist/DZ for the customer) and they do charge money for it. From what I've read it doesn't sound like a scam, after all, 1800Skyride is probably the first place they've heard tandems advertised. __________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks.     First week back from college for Christmas vacation freshman year, I hadn't been in a car for about four or five months. I was getting gas and I couldn't understand the accent of the guy telling me to pull up foreward, so I put my head out the window to hear better. The window was halfway up and I hit my eye socket on the top edge of it.     I have just bought a Wings with only 40 jumps on it, and the only thing I found that I dont like is the RSL is right next to the reserve risers. When the main is open, the RSL pulls about a half inch of the velcro off. The hooks of the RSL velcro start wearing at my reserve risers.     I have no problem with it if i know the person and know they know what to look for, and trust them.     I'm not an instructor, this is just an idea, but how about setting it for 500 feet below the hard deck, and telling the student that they should NEVER EVER hear that tone go off, and if they do, they have screwed up and should pull IMMEDIATELY? __________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks.     I have been wondering if there are any benefits to non-cascading lines. I would think that they would cause more drag. Is it because you can't cascade HMA lines? I also noticed that my reserve has four noncascaded lines (inner most D lines) Maybe they are stronger? __________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks.     I would never pay money upfront for a rig on ebay. I have for other things, but its the cost that keeps me from doing this for a rig. I know for things like cars and motorcycles, bids on ebay are not binding. I wouldnt make a binding bid on a rig on ebay unless I saw the rig first, and if I did, whats the point of Ebay? I know you already mentioned it, but dropzone.com is the best place I have found online for used gear. Most ppl will send the gear to your rigger before insisting on payment. Also, there is a ton of stuff there, more than enclave.com or anywhere else I have found. I also looked at skykat.com, cousindave, and sunshine-factory online and their used gear listed was not what I needed. __________________________________________________ I started skydiving for the money and the chicks.     Could someone explain to me what is so dangerous? Can't he just let go of it if it gets too strong? The only danger I see is a. having the canopy blow onto a moving car or airplane b. losing the canopy. c. getting a fine for littering if he doesn't get it back.     I once had a discussion about this when a student. One of my instructors said that pulling toggles down to your nipples would make you sink, while another said it would make you glide further.     I like the pyramid scam but too many people know about it now. There are hundreds of variations, but basically you put your name on a list, then get 10 people to put their name below yours and pay you $1 or so. Then so on, everyone who signs up gets 10 people each to put their names down below yours and pay the 5 people above their name $1. If it works out properly, theoretically you will all be rolling in cash in a dozen or so iterations. The only drawback is that after a while, for it to proceed as planned, it would involve everyone on earth pretty fast.
