    Anyone that ever has to deal with these "Zero Tolerance" laws, that's who. I don't see this as a gun issue, but rather as a "What the hell is going on in this country" issue. Zero Tolerance laws are not good for society.     Not sure what the Becon score is, but my FICO score is well above 700 at this point. Yay me. Anyhow, the mortgage company is fully aware of my debt, income, etc...     Ya know, fewer five years ago I couldn't get an unsecured credit card. Now, I'm applying for a home loan and my credit score is good enough to qualify for all programs at the best rates.     Not sure if there even are 10,000 active professional motorcycle racers. However, I would think that at least 1 in 10,000 active motorcyclists will die each year. Aren't statistics fun?? We can make them look however we want to. PhreeZone misquoted the number, it's closer to 1 in 1,000, not 1 in 10,000. It's interesting though that you quoted motorcycle racing as being more dangerous than skydiving when you have statistics on neither. You'll find, as you stick around here and in the sport, that it's generally the low timers that say that skydiving is safer than (driving|motorcycle racing|other common activities), while those of us who have been here for a while disagree.     I'm figuring it might. That is all. With HIV gaining more and more ground on the world population, I don't think that it's unreasonable to suspect that it might happen someday. Why not take steps now to allow me to evaluate the risk on my own? As has already been mentioned, other sports (I think that boxing is one) require disclosure when there is the chance that transmission could occur. Why is ours different? By the way, I'm not suggesting that it be required under law, only that I think disclosure is the right thing to do. Anyhow, you're not going to change my mind, and I'm not going to change yours. It's probably time for this thread to die quietly.
