My PD126 has taken excellent care of me on 2 separate occasions. Both times it flew so sweet that I wished it was my main! Yes, I have flown other reserves, and the PD model has been the best by far. In fact, every rigger I've talked to about the subject of reserves have endorsed the PD line as their first choice. ltdiver (and no, I don't work for PD) Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

That could make a tunnel trip even more fun. Oh, can you imagine it....! If the tunnel camp doesn't make you "Alieve Needing" sore and wish you had a week to sleep it all off, just add the fun of drunken tom-foolery and spending ALL the rest of your money in the slots! At the small DZ that I started at we had military gear with square mains and round reserves....ripcords and SOS cutaway systems. When it came time to change, the DZO himself (also an Instrucor and S&TA) took over an hour retraining me on my newly purchased gear that was BOC and both red and silver handles. My very first jump on that gear scared my instructor at the time as I took a 30 second delay before deploying. He thought (as he watched from the plane) that I'd forgotten where the pc handle was! Changing deployment systems is serious business. If you start on ripcord, stay there until you are ready to change permanently to another system...be it BOC, ROL, or pull out. As others have said before in this thread...changing systems HAS killed...even some very highly experienced skygods. (and I mean skygods in the most positive and respectful sense). ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -

I used to keep things nicely filed away and easy to find. However, something happened about 2 years ago to my 'style' and now I just throw all my papers in a drawer. Just a word on this camera. I went by and played with one at Best Buy today after work... Nice camera, yet I'm a bit concerned about the plastic body. The 10D has a titanium body which will hold up to the 'abuse' that we give it in the air, but plastic? Hmmmmm.... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
