    Yeah.. I'm grounded due to surgery and bored out of my head. Even teaching Skyyhi to pack has gotten boring. She actually knows what she doing now and barely breaking a sweat. Of course the D-bag is too big and the zp canopy well worn. She'll be in for it when she packs a real rig. lol Hopefully there will be video.

    Last memorial day phreezone offer to do CRW with me and I chickened out. I had just started skydiving and knew nothing about crew. I had only seen a coulpe of small stacks. I haven't had the opportunity since and I do regret it. Man, remembering Phree talking about it was great. There was the lesson learned. Take the experience when you can get it. Go for it guy. Ed

    I'm a little lost on this comment. I'm not sure why you guys would think I'd want to downsize to anything less than a 150 for more than a year? I'd be wingloading at 1.2 and that's plenty for me for a while I'm sure. Hmm... I bet I need to update my profile.

    Hey all thanks for the vibes. Everthing did go great. We did run into a bump friday night. Special thanks to Darcy on this. There was a little blood on the binder. We opened it up and I was bleeding like crazy. They had to wheel me back into surgery. I guess I blew a vein or something. Darcy will have to explain it. Basically I was bleeding internally and they had to go back in and take care of it. Darcy came down and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks Again Darce and to everyone else for the well wishes and vibes. Cheers Ed

    Hey guys I'm going into surgery tomorrow and I could use some vibes. I'm a shade nervous. Skyyhi (Darcy) is going to take me to the hospital and stick around to make sure everything is ok. She's a cool roommate. I think she's sucking up cause she wants to jump my rig while I'm grounded. Peace guys and take care. Ed

    I'm having surgery on friday and I'll be grounded for at the very least 2 months but more like 3. The issue is a rought landing or hard opening could do some damage if I'm not healed up. I'm going a bit stir crazy on what to do with the down time. I'm thinking maybe the tunnel in Perris if nothing else. Other suggestions were just to be patient and wait. That comment was from a whuffo but I'm not holding it against her. lol Anyway Here'e the deal. Big incision (hip to hip) and I have to treat it with kid gloves for a few months. I haven't been to a wind tunnel. Can it be physically demanding or is it pretty easy on the body? Any other suggestions? Thanks Ed
