I did some searching on the web for it lastnight. Here is one of the several pages I found that compares the different types of lines. Keep in mind when I was doing the search the only people that had info were the paraglider wing mfgs. http://www.crittermountainwear.com/linematerial.htm From the way I read it, is it is more durable than vectran, but becareful when sewing it cause it can weaken and it doesn't like UVs. It isn't as durable as Spectra, but it doesn't shrink. I spent like 3 hrs looking at different web pages lastnight, there is quite a bit out there about it, but you have to look under paraglider links. Kelli

I'm scared about/for her too, I hope they told her and she understood all the possible health problems she could have down the road as she gets older or if she gets pregnant. For those very reasons even though I would have been a perfect match for my Mom, my family and I opted not to do it, cause of the chance the transplant wouldn't take or that down the road the new kidney could be damaged also. Trust me it was hard to decide against it after watching my Mom have kidney dialisis 3 times a week. She is currently still on dialisis, but no longer eligable to receive a donar kidney.

Actually he started biking every night, going from 5 miles to currently 20 miles. Very aggressively changed his diet to a low fat one, and really counted his calories. He did have his Dr.'s help on this so he didn't end up harming himself or loosing weight to fast, it did take him about a year to do it.

Personally I think most of the diets out there are worthless. It's easier to make small alterations in your diet rather than HUGE changes. Cut out small things like order the grilled chicken instead of the hamburger. Snack on flavored rice cakes instead of chips, try to avoid sweets. Drink diet soda instead of regular, it's better to cut out soda, but that can be done down the road. Keep the changes small and do them over a few weeks to help prevent cravings. Then by adding in exercise you will end up trimming down without cutting out to much. Btw....by exercising it does not mean you will lose weight, you may actually gain it at first or for a while not seem to be doing anything, a better guide is to take measurements of your problem areas such as your waist, hips legs arms then compare them once a week. Using that as your goal. I know a guy who lost over 100 lbs and use a pair of pants as his goal, for every goal he reached he went out and bought a pair of pants that was 1 or 2 sizes smaller, and that was his new goal, he went from a 48? to currently a 36 inch waist.

I hate to say it guys, but exercise is really the only what to loose weight the right way. Also it doesn't hurt to clean up your diets and eat healthier. I lost 20 lbs a few years ago by doing just that, and I haven't put it back on.

Grrrr.....I hate this I'm sitting her can't breath, sneezing, eyes watering, it sucks. Why can't they put a little sign up that says in 48hrs your spring allergies will start back up so start taking your allegra again. but NOOOOOO....they just spring up on you and make you miserable for 2 days till the allergie pills kick in.
