  1. i think the picture just hid the bridle going from the top of canopy to the d-bag. it sure doesn't look like a spring loaded PC to me. MB 3528, RB 1182
  2. that totally depends on how its treated... leaving it in sun, dragging it, or jumping it in really sandy places will degrade the fabric faster. and it all depends on how you define slippery... its all relative. MB 3528, RB 1182
  3. congrats. my dad did the same thing and hes glad he did. hope you will too MB 3528, RB 1182

  7. unless you find a really nice or desperate packing concession, you are expected to know how to pack before you can become a packer. MB 3528, RB 1182
  8. ok i was there for several days last time and never had anything dangerous happen under canopy. i think that people who have never gone to WFFC perpatrate the "at WFFC you'll have a canopy collision" myth. hows it more dangerous then any large boogie flying several planes? MB 3528, RB 1182
  9. van halen - girl you really got me i wish my DZ did things like wet t-shirt contests MB 3528, RB 1182

  11. i guess its physically possible... do they do it on their back or on their stomach? seems like on their stomach would work better. edit: 2000th post, pie time! MB 3528, RB 1182

  13. I am fairly certain i'm going again this year MB 3528, RB 1182
  14. 0:4:0 One very interesting jump... doing a 3 way RW and after a dock, suddenly I float a little. As I arch harder to get down, BOOM I go flying upwards. one of the f*ckers deployed my main for me at 8k. I'll get him back though MB 3528, RB 1182
  15. I bet its "free*" where the * means you have to pay 100 bucks for some bs, like a processing fee. MB 3528, RB 1182
  16. don't worry too much. emma wussed out on the nekid dive too. some bs excuse about her mom being at the DZ although we did pie her pretty good. MB 3528, RB 1182

  20. wow 1.6 inches, even i can beat that! this article does make me feel better hahaha. MB 3528, RB 1182
  21. i was there last year and loved the RW load organizers, and the fact they had so many planes that you never had to wait more then a 5 min call. also I loved how many CASAs they had. i liked the free beer. oh and I LOVED the wet t-shirt contest. hehehe what i didn't like: huge registration fee. no real specialty aircraft. no running water. no way to wash hands after using porto-potties. and I had no problem with the large amounts of people under canopy. Just fly the pattern and you do fine. MB 3528, RB 1182
  22. you gotta wonder about the photographers that take such filthy pictures... but you gotta love them too. MB 3528, RB 1182

  25. bwahahaha. we got any asian DZ.commers that recoginize themselves? MB 3528, RB 1182
