so tonite my fortune read "a message from a distance is coming" and i kid you not, within 1 minute of reading that, i actually got a txt msg on my cell from wildcard451 that said "greetings from dublin" how weird is that!!! oh.. and hello to you too brandon!

cool peter, i should run another 5k to gage my speed right now, but i have taken leave for 4 tri races i'm doing the next 3 months so i cant take any more days off to run a race (the downside of working wkds) my goal is a little less than yours, i'm only aiming for a 25 min 5k, it'll be a while before i can make a 22min one, though i am fully engaged in my trng program, 6 cardio sessions a week (2 swim, 2 bike, 2run (1 brick) and 5 weight sessions as well... definitely keepin busy.. next year we should do alcatraz.. one day i'll beat you runnin

i was once, almost taken in by the police because they thought i looked exactly like a girl on a wanted poster who ran away.. of course i didnt have any ID on me whatsover.. luckily I was within a mile of my parents house.. they escorted me back and had to have my parents positively ID me before they left.. so someone out there looks like me...

ok, so last nite at dinner with some friends, my friend jeff starts telling us about an article he was reading.. and says.. use only one word to describe coffee.. going around the table.. person1: dark person2: strong Me: (thinkingin in my head that coffee is one of the most wonderful things in the world and i drink it everyday) but since i couldnt say that i said "FABULOUS" with a big grin on my face person4: brown and jeff telling the story said he had answered: bitter after reading the question.. the article THEN went on to say that whatever word people said, is their outlook on SEX or their opinion of sex...

its been 4 yrs since i've been back to the factory marc!.. i know you want to get the heck out, but i think i'd actually like a teaching position there.. at least i hope so, we'll see, they'll prolly send me where i dont want to go again, so who knows where i'll end up

yep, transferring to DC in July.. start my drive across last day in june, trying to make a triathlon in Ohio by july 8th, then of course jumping at AEROHIO!!!!.. and off to DC by the last week in July

gee squeak..didnt think of that one come on..give me some credit of course that already happened! my boss is..well lets just say i'll never fully understand his leadership style, we will be at a shortage of people, but there is a way to give me a watch partner, he would just rather that person do something else which he thinks is more important (i obviously disagree) but he's the boss, i'm not, honestly, i dont care anymore, i'm pcsing in july, so 4 more months and i'm gone

yeah, it's legal, bec there are people on the watch floor that i'm still in charge of.. its just my specific job is usually covered by TWO people but now it will just be me

Are you a lifer? well how ever this turns out for you Good Luck kid! i'm stationed on CG island which is basically oakland, CA, lifer?..dont know yet but...good news.. i submitted 5 leave chits to our schedule for a total oa 12 days of leave the next 4 monthshehehe, so if my boss is gonna give it to me...i'm gonna give it right back.. that is of course he tells me to bend over again and denies all my leave we'll see
