ok, so lately bengay and i have become good friends and after my long needed sports therapy massage today (2hrs of PAIN.. not enjoyable).. my friend had to come out of the bathroom drawer and help out again.. and DAMN they should put a warning on that shit... IT BURNS LIKE HELL.. ... THEN it will help your muscles.. besides that.. trng is going well

my cats love being in the bathroom when i'm in the shower too, its weird, but they are always there when i poke my head out of the shower curtain, they often wedge themselves between the tub and the curtain.. dont know why though

...except for that area not to get off track from what i posted on my thread!.. and I wont go into a rant.. but I worked migrant ops for 2 years in that the area.. and believe me... the CG does aboslutely everything it can to save migrants in rafts..my cutter pulled over 2000 out of the water while i was on board, and if it wasnt for us, many would have lost their lives, and finding a needle in a haystack isnt easy.. but we do it.. all the time.. to save lives.. and thats all i have to say about that, i dont need to defend us.. bc i know we do our job and thats all that matters.. not some reporter who thinks they know more
