I have a copy of “Skydive Extreme” for the PS1 too – mine was bought for me. I have never been able to actually play the game because it didn’t come with instructions. It looks pretty crappy though… If anyone knows HOW you’re actually meant to play the game, please PM me!

A few more than 50 I’d say! How many are on the BCPA trip? There are 6 Brits on my tunnel camp, a Royal Engineers Exped of 30ish plus a few random others. This could be a lot of fun! Vicki

2:1 would make my year… but I’m expecting to get something between 1.8:1 and 1.9:1 – tourist rate obviously!

Macca – I’m having a pretty similar dilemma atm. I’m off to California in April for a really quite expensive tunnel camp and obviously I want to pay for it at the best possible exchange rate! So… I’m keeping a very, very close eye on it and the moment the bank’s tourist exchange rate hits a certain level I am going to buy a load of dollars!

AADs will be mandatory at Nethers as of 1st April 2004 and at a number of other UK DZs too. IMHO It’s only a matter of time before they'll be mandatory for all in the UK. Vicki -
I was taught the following drill when I did my first jump on a static line round 10 years ago: LOOK REACH [left hand to top of front mount reserve, right hand to red handle] PULL [pull handle] PUNCH [both hands punch side of reserve container] My Dad told me that “in his day” (mid-late ‘60s) they were taught to throw the reserve out – like a rugby ball – as well. I’m pretty sure the BPA rules state a maximum pull force of 22lbs on the reserve. Vicki
