I'm with you on that one... Vicki

I thought they had enough of the footage already filmed that they could use computer wizardry (so to speak!) to keep Richard Harris as Dumbledore. I’m absolutely dying to see how they are going to portray the Dementors whilst still keeping the film a PG and hopefully remaining true to the book. Vicki

Glad it's not just me... Vicki

Well... as of 1st April the use of both will be mandatory at my home DZ so I guess I'll be using both. I always did anyway! Vicki

My last jump was on Saturday 13th March at Netheravon in the UK. It was cold and windy! Yep - I know... I had to make it smaller using Paint which sucks... are you volunteering to fix it for me?!

Did someone say ?!?!

Hello Gerry!

Some great points in this thread. I have and do jump in Tevas in summer – I love that feeling of the air on my feet.
-
Macca... you forgot post-whoring! I thought that was your only pleasure! Vicki

I always wear a helmet – it is compulsory in the UK – usually a Z1 full face, although vvv occasionally I wear a frap hat for hop and pops in summer. A full face helmet is (IMHO!) a must in cold weather (i.e. 90% of the year in the UK!) as it helps to keep my head and face warm! I have only ever jumped without a helmet once (at Quincy on a helicopter lingerie jump ) and if you have long hair and don’t enjoy brushing knots out I really don’t recommend it . I spent something like 3 hours getting the knots out after that one jump and promised myself “never again”! Vicki

I wasn't planning on actually getting in the tunnel with my new rig... Vicki

Beth, I'd love to post my skydive gear but there just seems no point posting a picture of my 8 year old Teardrop when in 10 days time I am getting my beautiful, tiny, brand new Javelin Odyssey! Vicki

Ladies...I can assure you that MikeJD most definitely does not have a beer belly! He is also actually one of the few Brits not coming to California but I'm afraid I can make no such assurances about the others! Vicki
