    1-800-SkyRide

And You my friend are at best completely uninformed and naive as to think that the USPA was trying to "stop skyride", they were and are simply "separating" themselves.
  3. sounds like 700 is working for you. for me, on an 87, I prefer 750.
  4. I got aver 700 jumps on a crossfire one. one of the first one's built "post recall" never had a problem and one of my favorite canopies to date.
  5. it is different, but it is not as different as you expect it to be.

  9. your here posting because deep down inside you feel the need to defend them. that is the 1st step on your way out the door.. been there , done that, seen it before..
  10. Kevin, tell you better half hello.. If she is your better half, she must be one HELL of a women!.. I KNOW she is.. your one hell of a great guy, one of the best I have had the privilege to meet. keep up the great things bro!
  11. Kevin is one of the best of the best. he can fly whatever he wants with the best of them.
  12. HAHA, that means it needs to be relined...
  13. I found this earlier. it is not like jim to be the first to post results. http://www.canopypiloting.com/home.asp?ItemID=651&rcid=82&pcid=81&cid=82
  14. read it again andy, I edited it after you posted this... see ya sometime soon man.
  15. Andy, just to put my own 2 cents in, I prefer the safire2 over the sabre2, mostly for the openings. but I also feel it is a canopy that gives you a wider range, more room to grow on. but it, like most of Icarus canopies, don't have that snappy toggle wippy feeling you have grown to like... get out of liking that, you will thank me later for it. edit to add: I think the nitro will offer you what your looking for right now.. and you can get em new at a GREAT price! I like the nitro and the safire, but have not tried the pilot or the sabre2. I have jumped a sabre on many many times though. good for you for asking these questions andy, I know your style, and i'm glad to see you asking AND listening..
  16. you do not have to fly either canopy like that, but there is a happy medium. not to far but slightly in. the velo powers out of the corner well also.
  17. that corner is where you find the power sometimes... very scary shit.
  18. NO... P.M.. me fuck you very much.. lol../.
  19. yes, very carefully........ short stows.. very short.. and tight... two stows usually. yes, even the locking stows at the bag. has worked for me...
  20. the velo fly's great at 2.0-2.2, you should be able to get ALOT out of it at that loading. the only reason I can see why anyone would want to load up at 2.6 is for comps..
