very, very nice website. I registered as I am interested to see camera settings, etc. And I think I'm the first registered user. So when your site and your work is famous, I'll be your first supporter... I am really impressed with the site. Can I pick your brain...? I'll PM you. Thanks for posting and sharing! peace! http://www.exitshot.com

i've never actually seen Survivor, although i sent in an application a couple years ago... I doubt they ever got around to watching my tape. I also sent one in at the same time for "No Boundaries" on the WB... they called and gave me an interview i had to go to Chicago for. Basically when i told them nothing scared me and I would do anything, i think that nixed my chances, it appeared as though they were looking for a whimp who would be dramatic and scared on tv to make for a good show, not someone who's done most of their types of "challenges" already... I aught a glimpse of the show one time, i'm glad i wasn't chosen, it turned out to suck and was pulled off the air... i'm goin for the next action star now though, what the hell. peace http://www.exitshot.com

that's about exactly what i'd say. i like the flyingbird best, but i don't know about those things, i'm not pierced or tattooed at all either. i probably like it because it seems that's a skydiveresk bird, the others seem more like a feminine naturey kinda personality. http://www.exitshot.com

i think my warranty covers more than that. They already swapped the camera after we borke one of the ends of a cam-eye off in it and couldn't get it out, they just gave us a new one, on the spot. can't beat that. peace http://www.exitshot.com

i started a thread like this a while back... at the time i was trying to get Ohio to let me have "GETHIGH", but as you can imagine, they just wouldn't go for it... I finally settled on "YW8 JUMP" ... some people get it, some don't, do you? the old thread is here: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=27818;search_string=license%20plates;#27818 peace http://www.exitshot.com

My first camera helmet was a Mindwarp with a D-box (PC-5). My second is an Optik with an L-bracket. I didn't like the D-Box becuase it didn't mount flush with the Mindwarp, and has slight convex curvature on the mounting side. I felt like my camera was way out there on the side. The L bracket is definately less bulky and my camera doesn't stick out as far. I also didn't like the D-Box becuase it was a hassle to get into the camera functions or review a jump. It's nice with the L-bracket, all I have to do is flip the screen open or just look into the viewfinder, especially nice for doing tandem videos. And after a couple of well abused years on my PC-5, i knocked it off a 3 foot gear rack and broke it. It was on the L-bracket, whereas it probably would have survived in the D-box. I still like the L-bracket better, just have to be more protective of handling it. I've never had a riser stike my camera, so I haven't had any issues with that. just my experience... peace http://www.exitshot.com

Hey.. yeah, I've been skiing/snowboarding now for about 10 years and I refuse to go there anymore. It is really not worth the effor (and $). They charge more than Vail or Aspen for lift pass and rental for what you get. I think after skiing CO and MI a lot, that is just not fun anymore. It's like Omar having to go do AFF 1 over and over and over. Know what I'm saying ? brandon, Perfect North allows snowboarding now, it has a decen terrain park and enough runs to enjoy for a few hours. I learned to snowboard this year, it's been a blast. i wouldn't compare it to AFF... I see it more like this: Perfect North is like jumping a cesna and snow in Colorado is like jumping a casa, so many more options. we got passes and it's been well worth it this year. You can also do indoor rock climbing, there's a place in Dayton and a couple down here in cincinnati. And then there's always the normal people's winter sports, basketball, volleyball, etc. I've got plenty to keep active with, you just have to look around a little, and branch out. there's always skymama's suggestion... and when all else fails, drive to ELOY!!!!!!!! eloy eloy eloy... peace http://www.exitshot.com

a year! awesome. i did a month-long tour last summer, hit Mullins in Memphis, Dallas SkyFest, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley & Moab(not jumping unfortunately, just camping), Denver (Longmont & Brush), and Rantoul on my way home. it was an amazing trip. I'd suggest plan your trip around the seasons and boogies, definately hit some good summer boogies, Rantoul, Lost Prairie, Richmond... Maybe save Florida, Cali and AZ for the winter. I heard the Eloy Holiday Boogie was awesome! have a blast! peace http://www.exitshot.com
