    I think I know why I was getting smacked too.. They replaced the slider and sent the old one back. I was wondering why? When I held it up to the light, It looked like a mesh slider.... sending it in was well worth it. Lew , when do ya think you getting back in the air and what type of canopy. Spectre???     I voted yes, for the facts of: When jumping a full camer top mount with stills on the top, Ther are more snag points and extra weight limiting movement to see what is going on. 1 try, 2, nothing better. I'm cutting away. I tend to be pulling with more altitude, but there is no reason to fight a lossing battle if I didn't gain any ground in the first to attempts. I film tandems and aff in a freefly suit, so I don't have the extra issues of a camera wing. Stabilty during depolyment is rarely a problem. I more worried about snag points.     Planes bite back, Great post Paul. Don't see the extra lip that the Arizona Van has lower on the sides. Probably won't hook, but will sting if you find it. I've hit the inside edge of a casa. Ouch. And the casa door narrows a bit compared to the skyvan. Everyone watch out. And the to diver.     Saturday morning... Not looking good. No hanging at skydance. Plane is going to Byron. 3of us jump on and ride over. we get on 2 loads there, the plane keeps turning, yeah...... DId a nice jump with evan.     Try ebay to start getting an idea. I picked up a panasonic for $150 for tandem work. I''l get the model number for you. IT does the job as good as a fancy one.     No I'm only have the 15mm sigma for jumping. I have a few other cannon lenses but just the 15 for jumping now. After test the 14 is only a hair better optically for curvature, but not worth the weight and extra mulla for everyday jumping.     you can make a self contained flash movie which can run many tyopes of media in it. A little script to get the movie to start when the cd is inserted and way you go. Flash is very complicated. But the best way to do it. www.canopyflightcenter.com www.skydivesac.com www.guanofreefly.com

    Personally I don't cater to the 56k crowd. Has to do with quality and the fact 56k users are used to waiting. My preference. I think broadband users are the ones who will be seeing them more due to their abitly to them. I have a bunch of videos on my site coverted from avi to wmv files @ 480x360 30 fps, broadband set to 2 streams 320 kbits/s and 760 kbit/s for video and audio 128kbit/s click the link below to see them under the video section.     Yeah, I had that happen and I don't know when. I have a little app a friend is giving me to go back and re catalog all the images. With winter setting in I'm going to be scanning all my old stock, nature and misc-skydiving and uploading and archiving on multiple dvd copies.     epson 1280 820 825 i JUST PURCHASED THE 835 ON SALE FOR $60. SWEET DEAL. It comes with $40 in ink and 2 picmia adapeters for direct print. good budget printer.     Welcome to the club of trying to get back into shape for climbing. I'm heading the gym tonight if I get an ad done in time. Yes it sucks trying to get you endurance back but its a humbling exxperience. Its funny how climbing gyms are like wind tunnels. They are great tools for learning and aquiring skills fast but not a substitute to the real thing.
