Michelle, explain me the following... 1) what is your Operating system (Ie windows 98/ or XP etc...) 2) What is exactly the executable file you are trying to run? I think I could help you pinpointing the problem. Personally about antivirus, I like PCcillin, which has a nice firewall (software that will help you with those worms), and secondly, do not run anything directly from an e-mail, web page. First save it on your hard drive, (under the function "Save AS" by right clickin the object), and then scan it with an antivirus......for possible virus detection. I know that you have already received advise from people that far exceed my experience in the sport. based on your profile, it seems tat you have been in the sport quite a while, yet (I'm assuming), that you do very few jumps a year.......so therefore if this is true, then, you have probably seen more in your time spent on the sport than I have. The point I am trying to reference is that it will probably will serve your purpose on getting a few jumps a year still, but at least get your water training, it does not matter if you are ever going to do a night jump, but as an advice, just do the water training for your own safety. No need to get the B license, but consider that if you go anywhere where there is a river, sea, etc or any body of water, at least you can be prepared... Blue skies! You could ask for Kim and her husband Frazier, they can certainly point you in the right direction. They used to jump in Lincoln RI, and there I finish my AFF, which I started in Titusville, FL. No es cuestion de pateticos con relacion al tema de los pollos. Antes que nada, bienvenido al mundo del paracaidismo y a esta pagina, donde cada quien hace lo posible por ayudar, ofrecer consejos y discutir cualquier tema, en especifico con los temas acerca de nuestro deporte. Con lo referente a lo de los pollos, es que en differentes paises hay denotaciones que pueden ser un poco embarazosas. Por ejemplo, en Venezuela, ir a tomarte unos tragos se dice "vamos a hecharnos unos palos", obviamente en Mexico no se puede hacer la misma referencia....(aprendido personalmente). Lo del pollo y lo de la polla en Espana significa otra cosa..... De todas maneras bienvenido....y cielos azules. I have an idea for a motivation..... Goes like this, You go buy a gun, a big one 357 magnum, something really big....rob a convenience store, and just start running........ No, seriously, I think is great that you are doing this, so definitely some training and the right equipment will help, but don't forget that the race is not to make the first place, so don't kill yourself, just try to finish it at your own pace....
