I believe that life shopuld be respected, life being all life not just people. How and why we are here is sometihing we may never know, There are religions that state they know what is going on but the credability of those is weak at the best of times. Define God? [rant]I don't beleive in cristianity, I don't beleive in islam, I don't beleive in any other religion that I have learned of but...... ....I do beleive there is a certain 'magic' that makes our matter, matter. Life is not just atoms and cells forming into place randomly, there is quite obviously some magic involved, call it God if you will but it is not random. I'm not sure if I am athiest or whatever, but the definition of God is debateable between religions. As soon as human beings become the centre of a religion.... ... that religion is full of crap!!! True that! there are some amazing belly flyers there and it is quite inspirational to watch them, especially when the last rounds are being shown on the big screens. VRW4 will however overshadow 4 way sequential in up coming events, not initially perhaps but the skills involved are much more developed and thanks to wind tunnes the progression of VRW4 has been alot faster than 4 way sequential belly. It will be interesting to see freeflyers in the formation skydiving world championships, even now many freefly competators don't realise that the formation skydiving world champs are actually a different event to the artistic world champs, even though they are held at the same time at the same location. I know some that plan on competing in both freefly and VRW but as the rules stand, that is against the rules. VRW4 will really shake up the formation skydiving scene at world level and many artistic competatoors will be switching to formation skydiving through vrw4 It is going ot be really interesting!

I gat tired at the end of a big day and the customer may not get as much attention as most of my other jumps etc, but burned out? I don't see that ever happening? I go on holoday and spend all my savings on fun jumping and competions as well as the travelling and stuff associated with it. If i didn't feel like it i would go sowboarding in the french alps or to a tropical island. If you don't have rostered days off, or take any time off then you are asking to be burned out, wet weather days and windy days don't contitute 'time off'. I have done most of my 1500 tandems on Icarus mains. When the canopy is inflating be relaxed, if you feel the canopy want to twist up; arch hard and you will find this will help considerably. I was told this about a year ago. Since, I have only had a few twists, and they have been the more radical turns otherwise the tention on the lines is too much so the twist never happens. I have a differnt technique now I think the trick has something to do with centrifical or G force??!? But you should feel your hard arch have an effect on the tention of the lines when you do it, but only if the timing is done right (while the twist is trying to happen). My current technique (hard to explain) is easier and not as tireing than arching but you should get the feel of it. It is the forward drive that is stopping you from kicking out once you are in twists, tell your customer to put thier legs together and straight down, determine which way it needs to unwind, if it needs to wind to the right, hold your right arm and left leg out to the side while keeping your leftt leg and left arm straight down. Your right arm and leg will catch the wind and you will turn 180 degrees, you have to bring your arm and leg in once a 180 degree turn/(unwind) has been made. The momentum should continue though and as you face in the origional direction (360 degrees) put the arm and leg out again, this will have you unwound in no time. You have to use the forward drive to your advantage. If your canopy tends to snivel a bit longer (usually when this phenomenon happens) make sure you pull no lower than 5500 even 6000, and review how your packer is presenting the nose of the canopy in the packjog, pushing the nose in is a common culprit. If you feel your canopy wants to stall while on brakes? Try lengthening the brakelines a couple of inches. The canopies at our DZ are relined on site and the rigger puts extra length in the brake lines, he found that over time they shrink due to the twists getting bunded into the line during deployment thus shortening them. Fixed it for ya, and I use blow switches too, My firs one I got second hand and It had done around 1500 jumps, I then put another 2000 jumps on it and sold it, it is still going strong!! I now have a new one in my Rawa and with a bit of filing I could mount it inside my nicely fitting helmet without comprimising the comfort. They are only around $30 too. my fiance has used around 10 tounge and bite switches in around 5000 jumps. Also sending US civilians back into manhattan so soon after the attacks and in turn Killin more people than were killed on the day itself. Personaly I don't give a shit if anyone makes a personal attack at me. But to call me an idiot for questioning the fact that, the pentagon was supposedly hit by a commercial aircraft 3 minutes shy of an hour after the first plane hit the WTC, is an idiotic statement in itself. The pentagon is the central intellegence centre for the USA and in the most restricted airspace in the world, a 757 is reported to have flown at less than 1000 feet for some time after intiating a turn that is basically impossible for that aircraft type and hits the buliding. The USA wants to build missile silos in Poland for defence???? when they cant even protect their own cental intellegnce centre an hour after the country has been attacked. The USA spends more money on military than almost the rest of the world combined, has fighter jets that fly at Mach 2 and more than 6 airforce bases near the pentagon. These aircraft can be in that air in less than 5 minutes after the command is given. Use your brains people, this shouldn't have happened. the WTC maybe but the pentagon? Are you fucking crazy? Why was Donald Rumsfeld still in charge for 5 years if he was obviously not competent in defending your country.
