    The real question is - did your coworker want you to hold off because he/she thought the conversation was too racy for the person on the other end of the line or because he/she didn't want to miss the rest of the discussion? from what Ive heard about that office, she didnt want to miss anything!     As a general rule you should not put any personal information on your resume. If an interviewer is prohibited from asking about that information, you should not tell it. This trend may have chaned since I was in a steady management position, but we were prohibited about asking ANY type of question that was not DIRECTLY realated to a person's work history or education. It was just too large a risk for an employer. just my .02.
