on a townhome we like. Its for sale by owner, were not using a buyers agent, so its just us regulars. Spoke w/ the sellers last night on the phone, working out the logistics of making and offer/acceptance, closing etc. We agreed that i should email the offer, they will counter via email until we reach agreeable terms. Im a bit worried now that Iv not heard from them at all. I low-balled them on the price, but hopefully not so much so it pisses them off. actually I disagree. For example: Youre at a dropzone. Someone asks you where you are from? Does that imply they want to know where you were born? Or just where you live? Usually if someone asks me that question, I ask them what they mean. Cuz I was born in Virgina Beach, I grew up/lived in Arkansas, but now Im in Atlanta, GA. You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape. Duct tape is the shizzle! Did you get the low light version with Triopod and timer? You know... For taking pics of... mmm... aaahhh... birds at night... yeah, thats it. its a Canon A610. I hear it has issues with the dark, but i dont think its gonna be a problem. You know for thoses um err evenings around the bonfire at night. yea. I cant relate to youre particular injury, but I can relate to falling down in that hole and staying there. When I broke my ankle, I had been self employed. I had quit my well paying job to strike out on my own, and was doing well. Then the ankle break. Luckily, I had insurance through my wife, but I went from being on the DZ every weekend (where all my friends were), working every weekday, to sitting at home taking pain killers, not sleeping, and miserable. I started having problems with my marriage, then the money ran out. Im my mind, I didnt see a way out, and for about 3 months there i just gave up. if it hadnt been for April, Im sure Id be homeless and bankrupt. That was the ONE thing I could cling to, that helped me keep hope. So, while I do not share your type of injury, I know the feelings that come with a life changing event. My advice is to find ONE thing, no matter how small or large. Something solid. Start there. Even if you make some headway and have to fall back a bit. Keep that one thing as your beacon. Good luck.

Yes folks, hippies have hit the digital age. I finally broke down and got a digital camera. It arrived yesterday. No all I gotta do is figure out how to use it! I had been holding our for comeback of the old 110 cameras, but that whole film developing was gettin old. Now, for those times when I would want to carry my video camera around, Im much more likely to carry my camera, giving you all another reason to avoid me!
