I was in court in a small town in Arkansas for a speeding ticket. the room was only about 15 x 20 and standing room only. the judge comes in and sits down. Looks at all the cases and says anyone with a speeding ticket of 5 mph or less can leave. All those cases are dismissed. Any questions see the clerk outside. the proceeded to rip the two police officers in the courtroom a new asshole. I dont know any ticket of 5mph or less that would really hold up in a good court. I did have 5+, but I have given up my toys. What given up the toys and bought the real thing? Why buy the cow, when the milk's free? Well once the proverbial cow is purchased, the milk is still free in certain purchase arrangements. it just that now the process involved is getting the cow to the milking machine is less of a hassle. Sometimes you can even get away with milking with out dinner, or a movie. In hindsight: a lease with purchase option may be your best bet. You get to keep the cow, take the cow home, essentially its your cow, but if the cow just doesnt work out in a couple years, trade said cow in on a new one. In this case though, you must be careful as to put to many miles on the cow or you could be penalized. when HMA breaks, it brakes just past where the finger trap ends. Something to do with then wear, load, etc in that particular area. What color are your lines? My understanding is origina HMA lines were a tan color. I believe that now with Technora (HMA) the lines are much more resistant to UV than orginal HMA. I spose the above is more of a question than a statement as Im not sure of all that. FYI: I burned the first copy of the video last night. Watched some of it here at work this morning cuz the damn thing took all damn night to transcode. I did find a spelling error on one of the videographer credits, and I dont know that I'll get that fixed before the boogie. The damn thing takes 5 hours to render and 9+ to transcode to DVD. Not counting the dual layer burning to DVD. Either way, we've got a 40 min, all SDA video review of 2006 to watch that weekend! How much do you weigh? Im quoting Bob here to repeat the question. You should seriously the implications of your wing loading under that reserve in relation to your skill level. ive got a PD 143 Ive landed it 4 times, hell I might as well put dive loops on the risers (kidding). After those instances I have no real desire to be under a smaller reserve. This is one of the things holding me up from buying a new container. You dont want to be flying a highly loaded reserve over a subdivision wondering how the hell youre gonna get it shut down. Buy safe, fly safe. Last weekend: one week prior to last friday I booked a flight to Dallas. I booked a rental car. I drove to SDD on Friday am and jumped until 1PM sunday. Not to mention the partying. Didnt answer my phone and only send text messages to taunt my friends back home, because as most of them were getting off work I had made 8 skydives.... Hows that? I loaded my Nitro (750 I believe) at about 1.8 for nearly around 600 jumps, before I broke 2 suspension lines,also, Id say that 95% of the landings were high performance. I have heard of others breaking around that point and some going longer. Id say if they broke at that number of jumps its some small HMA, but even the 350 is supposed to last about 350 jumps isn't it? I used to ride a bit so heres my .02 A saddle is much like anything else, you get what you pay for. Look for a used saddle, sometimes you can pick a good one up for much less than what would new and still have a near new one. If youre going to be on trail rides, i would recommend a western saddle vs english or austrailan. its will be more supportive on technical rides. I like leather, but have seen some very nice composit pieces out there. Get it sized for you. too small or too big, you'll not be comfortable. Hope that helps.
