I found this article - kind of related to this thread. I found some of their "ideas" about what is exercise to be pretty funny. I would talk to her now. I believe that I was about 9 or so when my mom sat me down for "the talk". I remember being really embaressed, but, it was definitley a good call on her part. I've always been pretty open with my mom about everything and I think that it partly because she was so open with me about and took the time to really talk to me about sensitive subjests like sex. I'm not married. But, in terms of saving for college I would recommend that you do start some sort of college savings plan. There are so many of them out there now. I choose to go to a public university when I went to college, took loans out for myself, and am paying them back by myself. When I first started my parents offered to pay for most of it as I went along, but I declined the generous offer because I knew that it would be financially straining for them. Well, fitness was not really my new year's resolution. I relly try not to ever make one. But, I started going back to the gym a little over a month ago. So far, so good.
