  1. HEHEHEHE...my mom only worries about me. My brother and sister are way too laid back. They think that I'm absolutely insane for skydiving. My brother couldn't even watch my entire video from my first tandem because he was too freaked out that I went. I think I get my adventurous side fron my dad - going to do a tandem was all his idea. 2. HEHEHE that's so funny. My mom always tells me I'm the good one too. She was not too thrilled when I went for my first tandem. I couldn't even tell her when I was going because she was too freaked out. But, after she saw how happy it made me, she can't wait until I make it through AFF. She' extremely supportive. 3. I will keep him in my thoughts for sure. What a horrible incident. Things like that just really freak me out. I mean, come on now, children are no longer safe in front of their own homes. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  4. I'm recently single. All for the best. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

    High/Low

Any time. I hate getting blood take. It was actually a milestone for me - the first time getting blood taken without my mom holding my hand. I'm such a baby when it comes to that stuff. I actually made my mom go with me when I got my tattoo last weekend because I was scared it was going to hurt. Hmmm... no sexual relations here. Sexual realtions...I'll need to find some of that. I just needed to get blood taken for a check-up after my surgery that was in November. I think that I got wasted a lot easier though because I had blood taken though. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

  10. Great - I clicked on this and big red letter's popped up saying that this site was restricted by my company. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  11. Congratulations. She's so cute! "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  12. You'll get use to them soon. Once you do you won't even notice them anymore. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  13. I would never say that any gift was a bad choice to anyone. If they thought of a gift on their own, took the time to get it, that means the world to me. To me it really is just the thought. It means so much more to me when I get flowers or anything on a regular day or if I was having a bad day. To me this really shows that the person was thinking about you because they wanted to and not because it's a holiday. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  14. Conratulations! Hopefully you have a great time. I love that feeling you get when you are getting ready to go on a date or whatever with someone new. The anticipation of how it's going to go etc... usually give me butterflies. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  15. I've never been a huge fan of Valentine's day. I would rather my b/f or whoever do something special for no reason. Anyway - I would rather get a bunch of carnations or other flowers rather than roses - they die too quick. 16. HAHAHA - that sounded pretty funny given the subject! "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  17. Sometime my eye doctor or different contact makers run specials where you can get the colored ones pretty cheap. I usually ask when I go. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  18. I've done that a few times after a long night of drinking. That hurts when you take them off even when you put some drops in. It once left the fine red circles on my eye. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  19. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to the. After having them for 10 years it feels weird to me to wear my glasses. I would like ot get the Lasik surgery - too much money for now. One of my my contacts did fall out of my eye on my second tandem. It was stuck on the goggles but It was all dried up and ruined.

As explained by Cliff Clavin, of Cheers. > > One afternoon at Cheers, Cliff Clavin was explaining the Buffalo Theory to his buddy Norm. Here's how it went: "Well ya see, Norm, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is >hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at theback that are killed first. This natural selections good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. "In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and >weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers." "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  21. This is my queue to go home! Here's my contribution to the Wednesday Funnies: Never under estimate the little old Lady... A little old lady went into the Bank of Canada one day. carrying a bag of money. She insisted that she must speak with the president of the Bank to open a savings account because, "It's a lot of money!" After much hemming and hawing, the bank staff finally ushered her into the president's office (the customer is always right!) The bank president then asked her how much she would like to deposit. She replied, "$165,000!" and dumped the cash out of her bag onto his desk. The president was of course curious as to how she came by all this cash, so he asked her, "Ma'am, I'm surprised you're carrying so much cash around. "Where did you get this money?" The old lady replied, "I make bets." The president then asked, "Bets? What kind of bets?" The old woman said, "Well, for example, I'll bet you $25,000 that your balls are square." "Ha!" laughed the president, "That's a stupid bet. You can never win that kind of bet!" The old lady challenged, "So, would you like to take my bet?" "Sure," said the president, I'll bet $25,000 that my balls are not square!" The little old lady then said, "Okay, but since there is a lot of money involved, may I bring my lawyer with me tomorrow at 10:00 AM as a witness?" "Sure!" replied the confident president. That night, the president got very nervous about the bet and spent a long time in front of a mirror checking his balls, turning from side to side, again and again. He thoroughly checked them out until he was sure there was absolutely no way his balls were square and that he would win the bet. The next morning, at precisely 10:00 am, the little old lady appeared with her lawyer at the president's office. She introduced the lawyer to the president and repeated the bet: "$25,000 says the president's balls are square!" The president agreed with the bet again and the old lady asked him to drop his pants so they could all see. The president did. The little old lady peered closely at his balls and then asked if she could feel them. "Well, Okay," said the president, "$25,000 is a lot of money, so I guess you should be absolutely sure." Just then, he noticed that the lawyer was quietly banging his head against the wall. The President asked the old lady, "What the hell's the matter with your lawyer?" She replied, "Nothing, except I bet him $100,000 that at 10:00 AM today, I'd have The Bank of Canada's president's balls in my hand." Intuition

I am that way sometimes. Sometimes it really freaks me out. When I did not live at home and when the phone would ring I always knew when it was my mom. I would say "I'll get it, it's my mom". They would look at me like I was a weirdo but I was usually right. I don't know how but I just knew. Also, from time to time I just get a feeling that something is wrong with my brother or sister - call them and come to find out my feeling was true. So weird. 24. I'm not bald, I have a job that does not pay too well, and I live with my parents. I have not saved as much as I should have already. He is so funny though because he is that pathetic. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
  25. I like George. His way of thinking is just too funny. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
