I know the key to stop smoking...you have to want to not smoke anymore. Sounds easy enough, right? I'd also recommend a major cleanse. This is how I stopped smoking. I really think that it's mostly up here, *Holly taps on her melon*, but getting the poisons out of your body should really help out as well. Ok boys and girls...it's that time! Time to play Travis and my favorite game again.
