  1. I guess it depends on the looks and hygene of the suspects to volunteer for this detail. Judging from the prostitutes I've seen, this would truly be "taking one for the team". Then again, if these are high priced call girls, and I wasn't married, hmmmm..................... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  2. Sounds like a mission for the "Patriot Guard Riders"!! I think they have a Chapter in Tenn. Hell I'll find a bike to ride down their just to fuck with those dipshits...... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  3. I'd have to disagree with you Steve. I've crossed that point several times and the Canadian Customs guys and gals have always had an attitude. Just one example, my 13 and 14 year olds(at the time) didn't have photo ID and they made us go into the office. Where I was grilled for 15 min. then lectured about getting photo ID, I won't carry a birth certificate around because of the chance of it getting lost, then found by somebody else. The following year we used their school ID's, which are generic as hell and could be easily forged. This was all post 9-11. We are going to get passports for them now, even though they don't travel that much. On the American side they were always polite, and after a few questions we were on our way. But in their defense, if I was working that post and I wasn't armed, I'd have an attitude too...... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  4. It's a good organization. I was involved in a program called "sports buddies". We took kids to professional sporting events, it did not require a huge investment of time, but it did work out great for the kids. The background process can take a while, make sure all your references at least reply. A non-response is (or at least was when i went through it) considered a negative response. One word of caution. Sometimes these kids parents come to rely on the big brother for many things other than role model stuff. Asking for money or wanting the big brother to help solve some pretty complex problems, that may have taken years to brew. If you have any other questions please PM me. It is worth your time if you are willing to put the effort in. You can really make a difference in s kid's life..................... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  5. Including many others............. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  6. Pat Robertson used to speak fairly well, but lately WTF? I agree with all so far, when I heard his comments I rolled my eyes and said "what an dumbass (sic asshat)........................... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

    9mm vs .45

We had a shooting where our 9mm rounds would'nt penetrate the car door (with the window rolled down) of a 1990 Plymouth Acclaim. These were +p+ rounds, 113 grain jacketed hollow points. A 9mm ball round would have punched right through the door. That's the reason we DON'T use ball rounds in urban police work, over penetration mainly on people or walls. Kinda sucked on the car door though since the bad guys were shooting at us. My preference is still 9mm, I have very small hand (and feet, ladies do the math). The Glock 19 is perfect for me. But .45's are still the man stopper bench mark. I just don't like the recoil and actual size of the gun for everyday use. If I was full-time spec-ops and had the time to train and could afford all the ammo, I'd go with the .45 "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  8. Hey THANKS!! The whole erection thing (yours) is a little creepy for me though........... We thank you for your support, please take a little salt-peter, it would make me feel a little more comfortable as I goose-step by. One more thing, TROLL!!!!!!!!!!!! "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

    9mm vs .45

You may also want to look at a .40cal. It has more stopping power than 9mm, but fewer drawbacks than a .45 (recoil, weight). If you are looking for a man-stopper the .45 is the clear choice. If you go 9mm +P+ Corbon 1300fps ammo yields good results. Just make sure the 9mm you buy can handle hot loads. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  10. It's the same old shit. I was watching the Today Show this morning and Katie the dipshit was asking the "can't they shoot them in the arm" stuff. The marshalls are people of action, they reacted as they were trained, plain and simple. It's a shame the guy was shot and killed. It's an even greater shame that the guy essentially died because of his mental illness. But that doesn't change the fact that the guys actions warranted the use of deadly force. If anyone would like to discuss the use of deadly force, I'd be more than happy to, some of us live this stuff every day. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  11. Same here bro. 23 years and counting. Many have done it before me, many will do it after me. I've been called up 3 times in 6 years under two presidents. Politics isn't a factor for me, when called I go and consider it an honor. I go so hopefully others won't have to. When you sign on the dotted line, war can come along with all the bennies. Many people sometimes forget that. I get a kick out of people who claim to have been fooled by a recruiter. The purpose of the military is to fight friggin' wars, that is the bottom line.........DUH........ . "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  12. But...............But.................I never said classy. Do I still get to have beer with 'twardo and bitter old kallend? "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  13. I would'nt call it classy. He accepted responsibility and is ready to take his lumps. Sure the feds had him jammed-up hard, but there were no excuses or whining. Just goes to show that greed can get anyone, even decorated war heros. He co-sponsored the bill that enabled cops to carry concealed nationwide, he fought hard to get that bill passed. I HAD a lot of respect for the man, at least he went out not trying to fool anyone and called a spade a spade. That was point, I guess that makes him a little less of a turd. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  14. Same here, One scary thing, I'm on the same page as Billvon here. I agree with the comments he made in his posts...... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  15. Typical response, insults not facts................ I'm glad the president finally took his gloves off, and if you notice he is not insulting anyone. Some on the left have nothing but insults, because THEY lack the substance. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  16. Wonder if it tastes like chicken (or tuna)? "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  17. Thanks! Twardo, you're the one with all the stories..... Kramer PM me, I've been an LEO for 18 yrs and I'd be glad to help. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  18. I like the Bill O'Reilly slavery one.........very clever......for a bunch of left wing nut jobs!!!!!!!!! "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  19. OK, I have to admit, that was pretty friggin' funny........ "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  20. Happy Birthday 'Twardo!!!! The ride-along slot is always open (along with a trip to our indoor range) when you're in the Cincy area again. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  21. Those bastards!!!! When I joined 24yrs ago all they gave me was a free t-shirt and coffee mug. Of course ipods weren't invented yet, think they could make it retroactive? "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  22. Coming from a foundation-saver, that doesn't surprise me................. Oh yea, my dad can beat up your dad!!! "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  23. You'd have to ask a mental health professional the clinical definition. Lisamaries explaination is pretty close. Again, in most states the law makes allowances for what most people would call "youthful indiscretions," where the victim is normally no more than 5 years older than the victim. In my state the age of consent is 16, and the felony threshold for a felony offense is less than 14, with the offender being over 18. The penalty increases if the victim is less than 12, regardless of the age of the offender. I thought that I was pretty clear, if not then there is your clarification. "or whether it was from age 19 vs. age 40." In the case of a 4O year having sexual relations with a 19 year old, those usally end up with a letter starting "Dear Penthouse, I thought I'd never write a letter like this but,............" "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  24. Dude, I ain't gonna 'splain this if ya ain't gonna understand. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
  25. There is a distinction between the two. If a 19 year old boinks a 15 year old, that's statutory rape so to speak. This situation is not uncommon and many times it is not actively prosecuted, unless someone pushes very hard (like a parent) to have it go forward. BUT, a 40 year old man having sex with a 14 year old is pedophilia. I thought i made that clear in my post. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
