I've heard those same numbers,, but also don't know of anything in the Sims or regs,, I talked with the TM (also my original JM )and had a plan,, basically I jumped last and gave the TM and Camera flyer lots a space,, then I flew in behind the camera gal,, I never geeked the camera but was there so my sweety could see me,, I have 80+ jumps,, all in the last year,, so I was not goin ta push the safety aspect,, we stated an area I was not to be in, under canopy was the same deal,, he made sure I knew I was not ta be in front of him or even expect them ta have ta try and avoid me,, ya I can see how ya can get caught up in the excitement and wanna be closer,, butt I think my JM knew me well enough ta know I wasn't gonna push that,,, Now I just wanna say,, my prayers to those who suffered today and will in light of the chicken shit cowardly acts of some pricks,, FUCK THEM!! Hay,, It took her a year ta make the decisiom,,it was hers ta make and really I didn't pressure her,, it was just the right time,, and perfect conditions for a tandem jump which made me OK with it,, some winds,, I really wanted it ta be good for her or I woulda told her ta wait,, she called me up on the way ta my place and told me she wanted ta jump that day,,,, ya could tell she was scared and ya I insisted on being on the load,, but check with yor TM's ta see if ya can jump at the same time,, that will depend on your skills and the TM's,, but when it came ta jump run it was all her decision,, that's what made it special,, guess I would say ta just give her the space,, she was special before the jump,, were just closer now,, and really lookin forward ta her next jump.. she is happy with doin tandems and has no plans now ta FF,, our TM's are great,, the ride ta alt fun,, she is comfortable knowin all she has ta do is enjoy the ride down,, that it's safer than people think,, so good luck Amigo,,

On Sat my Sweety did her 1st tandem jump!! I'm very proud of her,, she has this big ass fear of falling,, actually makes her sick,, had her eye's closed for the first half of the freefall,, but did open them in time ta wave, give me a secret lil sign,, a thumbs up,, and see me blow her kisses,,, she really enjoyed the canopy ride and has plans ta do another tandem,,, she may not be a free-fallin skydiver,, but she ain't a chicken shit whuffo,, It took more balls for her ta jump than anyone I've met yet!! think I'll keep her!! That scene in fandango is now part of our student training video,, as they head out to jump we all bark "ARCH ARCH ARCH" at them,, Have any of you military boys heard of the "Crabtree" bunch?? No explanation needed if ya have,, My AFF JM's work at Fairchild AFB,, teaching freefall and survival skills,, do the special ops thing at Yuma AZ and Marana AZ,, one just retired,, they've all been in it a long time and I'm always amazed at the guys who stop by our lil DZ that they've met over there years in the military,, did a RW jump last month with a guy who was a Golden Knight for 10 yrs, on the World Record 8 man team,, we did a 3 way and he taught me a bunch in that one jump,,, just curious if any of you know of them,, a few first names are Mike, Marty, Greg, and one who just came back called "Demo",, all great guys and excellant JM's and tandem masters,, their skill is obvious after years jumping with all that crap you carry into a hot DZ,, if ya know of them I'd be happy ta get ya in touch with them again!! Hay Zen,, Same boat here,, can barely sit fly stable,, RW and I'm usually the one gettin to low or whatever,, Jump at a small DZ and one thing we all do enjoy is track dives at sunset,, usually the last load,, need someone who can fly on there back out front ( usually with video in several spots ) and the rest of us chase,, as our group gets better there's barrel roles and other things we can do as a group to look forward to,, but it's been easy to get both RW and FF's to get that last load up for one more fun jump...

Hay all!! Thought I'd let ya know Divaskychick, and her Sweety Christian,, made it to Spokane OK,, after there flight outta LA was cancelled and they showed up finally,, we went out to our local DZ,, Skydive West Plains,, they were pullin the Turbine C-207 into the hanger cuz everyone was leavin early the next day for LP,, but took it back out and got a load up for them,, unfortunately the clouds moved in,, the spot was off an not everyone made it back to the DZ,, well everyone did but Mandy and Christian,, they landed 2 miles off in deep weeds!! Haa Haa!! It was made up for tho when a friend showed up and gave them both a helo ride,, Early the next day 5 cars headed to LP where we all settled in and partied with folks from all over the planet,, we did a couple jumps before lunch,, saw Mandy doin an awesome sit fly with a towering cloud behind her!! Wished I had a camera!! then the naked bus load of folks arrived from back East and we saw more moons and flesh then I cared too!! That was a riot butt tainted by a gal that fell off the bus on the rough road to the camping area,, from where we were it looked liked she was run over by the wheels!! Turned out she was ok,, then we did a cross country jump at 8:00 that evening, Mandy & Christian, my bud Luke and Jen from Cal City,, along with the rest on a full Otter load,, 13,000 ft above MT and 4 miles from the DZ,, it was awesome again,, On Monday AM the clouds were looming to the West so hurried and got on the 2nd load,, as we were waiting a jump on the first load had a main reserve biplane, he cut away the main and had a hard landing,, one to the hospital,, we all hoped he was ok and ,,did pin checks,, had a nice sit fly,, well nice for me anyway,, a rain delay,, I had to pack up and get goin,, leavin Mandy an Christian with there new friends and visitin with there old friends,, I look forward ta hearin the story of the rest of the trip!! A 4 way HG!!?? Awesome!! We planed a 3 way but we blew the exit,, planned on breakin off at 4,000,, but we didn't get linked up till 4,500,, so when we pulled the feet in and started ta drop,, then broke, tracked and opened,, well it was scary low,, we figured I was within 500 ft of my AAD firing,, checked canopy and got my toggles in and I was at 1,000 ft,, I got reemed by some folks for losin alt awarness,, and I deserverd it,, I don't wear a dytter and have been mostly countin on others with them for the break off,, my AFF JM told me "hay it's your ass up there!!" So went back the next day,, did a 2 way with my bud from AFF,, he exited on "set" and I did the pyke exit on "go".. after a few tumbles I opened up and he was right there, we linked up and then got our legs together by 10,500,, after that it was just WAHOO!! I checked my altimeter several times,, we were belly down,, spinnin,, belly up,, spinnin,, pull an arm in and spin some more,, belly up,, belly down,, spin spin spin,, broke off at 4,000 and tracked hollerin away,, pulled a hamstring just holdin on through that nonsene!!

Hay All,, This weekend we had folks stoppin by our lil DZ on there way to LP,, a couple with 2 kids from The WA coast area,, with a 14 y/o who packs for his Dad and made some money here packin,, and "The Cherry Guy" from central WA who worked with Norm Kent on the Falcon Project, quit his job and has been all over the globe the last few months jumpin,,, and an MD resident in Spokane for 6 weeks on rotation,, met his Bud "Veggie Reggie" from Canada,, who he met at LP few years ago,, they all got some some jumps in,, a spontaneous BBQ which led ta beer and gettin home late,, I shouldn't have but went out Sun and Jumped with them just cuz it was so cool ta hear there stories,, and now I can't wait till LP ta meet more of ya's, here the stories and wish I started sooner!! Butt the really cool part was ta see these folks feel at home at our DZ and jump with them,, no fuckin cliches here,, definately looks like a few of us at least will be headin up ta the Kamloops Boogie next Spring!! Oh and a whole caravan of locals will be headin ta LP on Sun with Mandy and Christian in tow just ta make sure they have a good time,,,

My AFF JM's are survival instructors/Free fall Instructors(?) at Fairchild AFB,, so you military folks may know them,, I'm an adult Flight Nurse (10 yrs) outta Spokane,, busy place this time a year, almost 3,000 pt transports last year , done EMS (earn money sleepin) for 20 yrs,,, work 36 hrs a week and live pay check ta pay check ta get jumps in,, that means I don't pay all the bills on time so I can go ta Lost Praire next week!! Well tonights night jump fell through,, but after buckin hay today my sinuses are a mess and eye's itch like hell!! Allergies SUCK!!
