Other than the Flock and dock 3 (and 3.5) are there any other wingsuit specific events being planned. Not really referring to events taking place because of a boogie is in town but wingsuit specific events US only please (I really can't see myself traveling abroad this year) The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Duration is important to me as I fly a wingsuit with smoke which gives me 2 to 3 minutes of freefall time Durations of longer than 1 minute would be important when using smoke under canopy where 3 to 5 minutes would be great Size is also important as it needs to fit the brackets made for myself and those who have purchased the brackets from me. Not have to buy by the case would be great also which I have to do to spread out the cost of the hazmat charge per can ---- I realize you have this portion taken care of Safety wouldn't be a bad thing either Thanks The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

I didn't see the Superior Signal Company Professional Smoke Gernade --- it has a burn duration of 4minutes 160,000cf . It is the same size as the skydiver smoke but the canister is covered in a wax substance and the canister is pretty much full............smoke emits from the end opposite of the pull ignitor The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Had a friend pull the cutaway to see how it works and I am not sure how it goes back together --- it looks like the cutaway system in the pic above but I am not sure ---- is there a hole supposed to be drilled in the ratchet strap right next to the grommet hole to update the system? Please help I have no info as I bought the helmet used -- and I can't seem to find any other info from BH or doing searches on here Thanks PS the bone has 2 grommets and the ratchet only has one grommet and a hole drilled in it about 2 inches from the grommet The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Dave, Don't plan on Chuck showing up at Skyfest, he will say he is going to try to come and then remember about how Ted and I were still partying when he went to bed at 4am and he was not seen for 24hrs after that. Not sure how legal that is being the landing area is small --- the size of a beach (maybe they wait until the tide is out) Plane looked to be in good shape and well maintained (4 yrs ago when I was there) Don't get distracted by the beautiful view. I am / or did take take part in it. When I did it it was 50% off retail (the options of container colors wasn't very good at the time) I believe now its 35% off of retail --- not sure if the Mamba is included in it now. Pros -- got a great deal a container/main/reserve Cons -- my DZO wouldn't send in any of the paper work because he thought he was getting screwed somehow -- so I got no credit for any of the gear I helped sell ---- I would have had a free reserve easy! Current prices for smoke bought by the case of 24 is 60 second smoke is $14 per can 3 to 4 minute smoke $27 per can this is purchased direct from the factory and includes Fed Ex hazmat charge and is white smoke only I tend to use a large quanity of canisters and helped design a fiberglass foot mounted smoke bracket that seems to be in very high demand but the manufacturing of such device has been very slow. not really sure what size lens but I was kind of low (1k) -- its strange how when i have a smoke can on I seem to have a hard pull which puts me low (luckily i remembered to turn off the AAD) As for the bracket send me $125.00 and I will send you a bracket -- your choice of foot shipping included. There will be no more made when these are gone as they are to time consuming to make and not enough profit in them ---- I do believe all the molds and materials have been sold to someone else so there maybe more from someone else later The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

I don't really know how to answer that --- I just reach for them and they are there --- I only drop the right hand during the pull. I am not really sure how it is with the Birdman suits but with the V1 if you spread the wings really tight the grippers just kind of end up in your hand. I wouldn't be as effienct on the pull with my V2 as the wings don't like to deflate very fast which makes for a more calculated pull Not meaning to turn this into a PF post but its what I fly and you asked The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

I have learned that if I pull wicked fast I don't really lose any altitude.(which is good for those lower altitude demos) I never really knew how true that was until watching the video shot from the ground, the smoke trail never really has a dip in it during the pull (It does make for a rather brisk opening) The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

It sounds to me like mabye you have some either new JM's or very uncurrent JMs that are either scared or just uncurrent. Remember back when you were on your first real AFF jump and timed moved very quickly--------same thing happens all over again when the TI (with an AFF rating) gets pulled over to the AFF rotation in a pinch As for the 'I like a little warning before the pull' --- I see that as your issues and you should be more aware of what is happening on the other side --- JM eye contact though out the dive (quick looks over the student to see if the other JM is really 'muscling' the student or smiling is critical as to knowing the intentions of your other side) ...........it sound to me like a new JM and no you shouldn't be mad you should educate just like someone helped you The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
