It really shouldn't be a problem in any suit -- kind of uncomfortable but I have jumped lots of different suits out of a 182 with out a problem Yes you need to have the legs zipped before boarding the plane The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

There is no event fee -- and jumps from the tailgate (there will be 2 Casas there) will be $23.00 This will be practice for the Texas Wingsuit Record which will take place at Skyfest -- not mass exit record but a slot specific formation record (we're in Texas and we can make our own rules for a wingsuit record) The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Yeah, I wouldn't count on that --- after we left him staring at us from below and and the distance at Moab he went home ordered a new suit and would probably not want to come get embarrased again! what ya think there Glenn?? It is your chance to redeem yourself And while your at it bring that Ed guy with you -- he can be in the Texas State Record while we fly around and have fun, he can be focusing on a one or two point skydive. I have never seen a dive flow that has COAs after the instructors have released ---- COAs where you tell the instructor the altitude that is so not to be confused with a short COA (ground is down, sky is up, heading and alti check) The last thing I want on a students first release dive is them looking for me and not paying attention to altitude and heading. Now I could be wrong and you are just talking about after exit and not after release??? The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Yeah thats all fine and dandy but the rules just changed -- Lvl 3 they are going to let go and you won't see them (unless you start turning) comfortable / in control/ altitude aware --- continue on! I wouldn't worry to much about what is said on here -- if your instructors passed you -- you did fine Everybodies opinions are like assholes --- we all have one and the only one that matters is your instructors at this time. The Dz I jump at states if you feel a goround is needed for safety purposes or because the spot is to long by all means go around. There is no reason to compromise safety, be that landing off in an unfamiliar terrain, or in too much in air traffic The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

We will be heading to Skydive Spaceland (Houston)April 19th -22nd to play with all of the tailgate aircraft they will be having for the TSR event. If you plan on coming please PM me so I can get kind of a head count for planning purposes. I am sure the 5 of us from Central Texas will be heading south for the weekend If you have never been to Spaceland -- it has great facilties, paved private runway, indoor packing - heated and air conditioned and for this weekend there will be at least 7 turbines (otters and Casas) available Texas in April isn't that hot so no bitchin!!!! Get the mudflap altimeter holder from either Bonehead or I think Bodypilot1 makes some also -- they will read fine there or even on the chest strap Or a good audible and know what the ground looks like when you low. I personally only look at my alti if I feel I am way long and might not make it back The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Tandems open high so not really an issue -- puts them out last after the AFF AFF students take a long time in the door giving the needed seperation and they open higher than normal freefallers Wingsuits and Crew out last if on the load also -- and we sort that out between ourselves The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
