    For those planning on coming -- I need to know what kind of toys I should bring GS1 demos???????? ---- 6' ish 190lbs V1 demo ------- 5'10 160lbs Smoke bracket??? --- can't bring smoke on the plane so you will have to have smoke I will have no Prodigys as they will be needed for a Texas boogie Moonglo is running I will be bringing my V2/ Acro/ and personal GS1 If anyone is interested let me know if not they will stay home ----- I will be charging enough rental fee to cover shipping them.     Give him a Prodigy Sorry couldn't resist --- I have never flown with one but looking at the pictures from the mag. It looks like arched and arms folded back slightly --- knees bent to 45 degrees to slow down.     I would have to say that the wingsuit flyer that flys his wingsuit on a night jump, deploys his VX 79, docks with another canopy, breaks free and does a 270 approach and lands in the center of the peas is an expert!!!!!! The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

    Did you ever think that maybe Jari made the suit special for you with bigger wings due to the fact that your now retired and old -- you know how the elderly use walkers to get around -- he just made your wings bigger on the same principles - they will help older skydivers get around The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

    The differences I felt in the V1 to V2 was much stiffer arm inflation due to the 'ram air' arm inlets -- which also means it likes to stay inflated during the reach for the hacky -- this isn't an issue it just felt different at pull time. I have no way to tell if the forward speed increased (no gps data) but vertical decent slowed down a few mph as per protrack data. as for the rest of the suit there is no 'major' changes you can feel -- the stabilty of the suit is slightly better, but I never felt it was an issue in the first place. For some reason it seems to get 20 or 30 feet higher above the Casa also The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

    I have made a few jumps there -- 3 of us did hop and pops from 10.5K out of their wide body 182 --- 4 yrs ago though. Land on the beach and they drive you back to the office -- packing sucked as there was sand everywhere The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

    There are bigger changes to the V2 than to the S3S/S6 -- you Birdman supporters really want to say its different but nobody has a definite answer or even a picture of the differences not to mention that the BM website doesn't show anything different other than a logo the size of a billboard. The V2 is not a totally redesigned suit but it is a refined suit and you can see the differences at a glance --- and the differences not only make sense but you can feel the differences. So somebody like Scott who knows everything should be able to show some pics of the differences and have specs on it too! I will wait and see The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

    as for the "ass cat" dock: for those who have tried and had success, what kind of approach did you use, I have found that 2 foot high or so coming in side sliding works the best. From experience trying to come in from above is much harder on the one being docked upon a the burble just kind of drops you hard. Next thing to try is to fly hard and fast underneath and cause the base to 'fall' onto you, I haven't tried to make the dock yet but I can fly and hold position about 1 foot below and all the way to the stomache of the base flyer - I think if I just punch it out a little the base flyer will not really have an option of making the dock - if he grabs on. Realize that most of my experimenting happens without 'Flyin' Bob' (our super base flyer) even knowing my intentions (I am afraid he my not like them) The MOAB Boogie should have a few new ideas unveiled (Don't tell Bob) The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

But I do have to agree with you on the Chuck and Ian picture.........which one did you think was the yetti????     I will step in and say he is correct -- he is a fat fuck and he can't go 40 mph for more than a few seconds at a time. I know this because when we are done flocking with the slower suits and we punch out I watch his fat ass disappear beneath me. But one thing that does stand out is that his fat ass can really transform that weight into forward speed as his fat ass is most definetly faster than my floaty ass.     The best thing you can do is find a V1 or V2 and an S3S/S6 and lay them next to each other -- look at the quality of workmanship -- that should help you make up your mind. Know that all suits (high end suits) fly close to the same I personally fly a Vampire V2 (and fly it much better than Professor) and have been able to leave a few very experienced wingsuit pilots (the kind that teach others to teach) in my dust. But in the end purchase what you feel is the better quality suit as the pilot makes the performance for the most part The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid
