Hi there Just got word of a good boogie to go to from October 1st to 9th. Its in Israel at skykef but being organised by the owners of the airport as part of the calibrations. They have a sweet deal some free jumps. Food and accommodation free. Transport to and from Tel Aviv airport provided. They are putting in some new bunk houses with air-conditioning. hi there, good points in this thread, i would like to see some changes though, as a TM you are there to introduce the sport (we need more skydivers) so you need experience to be able to explaine the sport in the limited time you are with your next passenger, what would i like to see before you get a tandem rating? basice instructor (500 jumps must understand how to teach some tm cant teach they are just taxi drivers get in get out you now what i mean) camera for tandem ( see it often enough and you will then be aware of all the trails problems and things that can go wronge) next level AFF instructor 1000 jumps 3 years current in sport! now you got experience! and knowledge about the sport the people in it the places to go or not understande the gear ect.. then you can get your TM requirments 3 years continuse experience in sport, 1000 jumps minimume two priore instructore ratings eg S/L and aff, this is more like an aprentiship system dont you think? hopfully there is sombody that could improve on my idea or just burn it blue skies life is a journey not to arrive at the grave in a pristine condition but to skid in sideways kicking and screaming, shouting "fuck me what a ride!.

The toggles were held by velcro and when pressed against the risers, would fall off when the pressure was released. new velcro needed for sure takes about 10 mins work The reserve cover would not stay closed. reserve loop to long the flaps are worn or the velcro needs replacing, depending on the rig Some of the adjustable main lift webs are routed through the buckle and then essentially tied around the buckle, which made it difficult to inspect. replace the elasticks (sounds like a javlin?) It seems to me that as long as these rigs are used for AFF, they need to be able to handle the manuevers therein. Basicly, I'm not sure how much of a stir I should be willing to get into. I have a feeling the rigger there won't be too receptive. hi there, question? for you guys, re, the vectore tandem container. i would like to know if the container comes in diffrent sizes, eg a 428 main fits in the container nice but try puting a 500 in and it dont look good, the dzo says it should fit in but i say it will not so i aint using it! if it dont look right dont do it

while you both made some serious mistakes not jumping / not talking / or worst harsh words probably will not help, you bothe made mistakes but both survived a very scary situation. know it,s time to learn from that sit down with your cci or an experienced skydiver and discuse what you did wronge and what you can do right the next time! if we all do this guess what whe will all be better instructors. never stop learning

hi there. ok steering the canopy. this is gonna sound funny but..... you need two snap lock carrabinas (rock climbing type and need to make two styrups for the feet got that? measure the lines so that when his feet are all the way up as high as he can get them the canopy is in normal flight. now open high take the two carabinas one to each toggle attach styrups to feet get the idea? took me a few hours to think of this we did it in military ff (haho) keeps your hands free, he can use one hand for fine adjustments, i would like to suggest that he spend as much time as possible in a suspended harness and practicess this if you need more info please pm me and the gantry set up so you can both see if you are doing it correctly hope this helps. blue skies life is a journey not to arrive at the grave in a pristine condition but to skid in sideways kicking and screaming, shouting "fuck me what a ride!.
