    The Donald!

If Donald wants to run for president, he needs to provide proof of eligibility: age and citizenship as should everyone who runs for an office. since it should be simple, then just do it ... Ok, hold on. I went back to re-read that part and just noticed the "Rankin County pickup trucks." I had thought it was pickup trucks from the local residents. Alright, that's different. That could make the local government culpable. same here - locals block them in - nice trick. County/City blocks them in.......they should have gotten the locals to do it ... actually, that's pretty normal for this forum - so that assumption is reasonable considering the people here - especially those that think they are so progressive and tolerant in their thoughts there's no such thing as acknowledging different viewpoints can both be valid there's no agreeing to disagree hell - I've seen people here absolutely agreeing on the substance of a concept, but fighting for page after page on the semantics of it. Billvon is a gladiator in this area for example. ... 1 - the false imprisonment I don't like one bit. 2 - The local gov organizing it rather than just the locals - I don't like. 3 - The parked cars - I kinda do like. 4 - The fact that it avoided any violence or angry confrontation like everywhere else - I do like. It's a mixed bag. edit: screwed up a quote and lost most of this post ... 6. That's pretty lazy. I try to wrestle their hand back to the handle. Funny how they still fight you when you're trying to save their life. I've had one guy win that fight. I had to pull for him - but I TRIED hard to get his fingers on that RC before 3999. I had one lady that really tried to pull but just couldn't grip the handle. I wrapped her fingers around the handle and then I grasped her fist and we pulled together. Strange way to pass Cat A . She did bring the handle back though. ... 9. Isn't investing in alternate energy research keeping it in the free market? Does it matter who does it? Private citizen or goobermint? absolutely not when it's routed via taxes - they shouldn't take it in the first place. And when they identify spending reductions, they shouldn't go spend it elsewhere - either pay down the debt, or don't take it in the first place pretty simple concept....keep the middleman (government) out of the loop. They don't need to take a cut - we all can decide how to spend without the gov "help" it should be obvious now that out of control spending across MULTIPLE admins and both parties is destroying our economy and everyone else's ... 12. No, you really got that backwards. That guy should be recalibrated and taught a little bit about health and fitness rather than just open the floodgates for everyone else to abuse their bodies and health. Attitudes should be equivalent, but they should be positive, not surrendering to the lowest common denominator. Especially when it comes to health. ... I follow this belief in how it all came about. I sits well with atheists and agnostics also. I'm fall in the latter category. However, it has nothing to do with the idea of 'faith'. All that said, isn't this same old, tired, worn out, for the only purpose of antagonism, type thread just getting REALLY old? there's nothing new here, just a 'slightly' lower level of condescension than usual - but not much ... 15. SG - I'd still love to have those settings from you - imitation being the sincerest form of flattery. Just to try on my own. SJin'F - "the Lens Mate" - I'll look for it. Sounds good. But, from the pic below, I'll need to make room for it. (ha, I suspect once we finish the mods and assembly, at least the handycam will just stay with the helmet). 17. is this pretty much a binary statement? or is there degrees of implementation, or some kind of cut off point. what if they felt "statistically significantly -less unsafe- if they had a gun to shoot people in the face"? is that ok? how about feeling "safer if they had a gun to shoot into their dog kennel" or "safe if they had a stick or piece of fruit to brandish menacingly"? maybe "I feel safe when I can calmly sing show tunes to thieves long enough confuse them so I can grab my stuff and go hide in a dumpster until they turn away in disgust" I feel I'm not clearly calibrated to your position and would like to subscribe to your newsletter to learn more etc etc ... 18. hey, hey, hey If someone wants to get a PhD in some pointless, political agenda-based pile of fluff (women's studies, environmentalism, art and social sciences, aerospace engineering,... etc) then it's up to US, the taxpayers to ensure they have cushy and madeup college courses to indoctrinate the weak pliable minds of the youths of today - I mean seriously, don't we have enough social PhDs flipping burgers and taking away those jobs from high school kids that deserve them more? won't someone please consider the minors ... 20. sounds like a completely worthless set of credits 1 - pets are your property and we are free to do as we want. and that's how it should be. pets are NOT kids, no matter what goofy city people think of their precious Woofers and Kitty Kat. 2 - if this teacher is going down this route, then the rest of his course is likely a waste. Environmental ethics should be about responsible USE of the environment and would be a good topic - this single example shows a high likelihood that's not the focus of the class at all, but rather a more radical political (i.e., pointless) focus. ...
