Be it a mugging in Central Park, a lost child finding the perfect help from Mickey at Disneyworld, kneecaps getting broken in Las Vegas, or or the ski patrol taking a mom that broke both wrists while trying to learn to snow board with her son and daughter on Snoqualmie Pass (since the ski resorts in the south are much too dangerous) back for treatment.... well, it's what makes us what we are be it good, bad or other.... OK, that's the first time I've heard that. May I ask why? dont see why either. It was a nice relaxing ride to altitude, good escape from the heat too Brrrr, I'm shivering thinking about that ride, but I have to tell you, for 45 minutes to an hour, I had the best seat at the convention! p.s. Walt, Those really ARE NOT good examples, as they compare different time periods (fat vs thin), bad expressions, clothing, hairstyle, etc. They are pretty much deliberately disingenuous. Good advice. It happened to me. He needs to clear this up, before it causes worse problems. I had a problem once where I received a ticket, and the cop wrote on the back to send in $50 to pay for it. So I did. And forgot about it. Then about a year later I got pulled over again, and the cop said I had an outstanding unpaid ticket, confiscated my license, and would have arrested me, except for the fact that I had a carload of kids on a fishing trip. It turns out, the fine for the first ticket was actually $75, so the cop told me the wrong amount. The computer still showed it as outstanding, since I had paid only $50. They never bothered to tell me I owed more money. That was like a time bomb just waiting to put me in jail, for the next time I got pulled over. Pay those tickets off, and get written verification of it. Somebody just told me in California they will get transferred over to the new car, so they can tow that car on a parking violation. Kinda like that in WI. Here it's not on the car, it ends up being on the owner. Get the registration pulled on ONE car, and it's linked to your name.
