    if you look on PD's website under their education section you'll find a lot of answers to these types of questions. infact they specifically answer this question. They state that it is dangerous for smaller jumpers to downsize too quickly because a stietto 170 loaded at 1.3 will fly completely different then a stiletto 120 loaded at 1.3, taking into acount same conditions. the smaller parachute will be twitchier, dive longer, and so on, if i read/remember that correctly.     on my 26th jump i witnessed a guy doing his 35th jump who had pilotchute hesitation and pulled his reserve instead of cutting away first then had 2 out and were intangled with each other, he went into a tree spinning when i was at about 2grand i heard branches snapping. and oh yea, that was his 3rd cutaway in 35 jumps!!! needless to say that was a shocker to me.     I personally know more people on the bigger "regular" parachutes not trying to swoop hurt them selves then the few of us at my dz that swoop all day long. And also, ***Crew Dogs are excused because they don't do it at ground level (generally).***My self and couple of my friends are always doing canopy runs under our small mains, so are we excluded from being "excommunicated" as well. your post just doesn't make sense to me.     I don't know if this is exactly "z" bracing, however it is apparent that it is "different" bracing. No stablizers, thiner profile, different xbracing, and longer lines, looks like a pretty mean canopy to me. you guys watch the videos on this canopy and the jvx? cool sstuff Slip Stream Air Sports Do not go softly, do not go quietly, never back down

    I heard that this competition had some pretty good carnage going along with it, including broken bones and some pretty hard skips, some even by factory pilots loading their canopies way up there. this just reiterates the point and puts into perspective that even when you're one of the best you can't always be right. so be careful out there eh.
