  16. The other week when I was jumping out at Greensburg, IN I had a large tension knot due to line twist in my left brake line. When I pulled my toggles to release my brakes the excess brakeline spun up into a knot at the ring, luckily it actually released when I gave it a hard yank. I knew my lines were twisted when I packed but was in a hurry and told myself next packjob i'dtake care of it, D'OH! Learned my lesson. 18. This jumper is reported to have in the area of 400 jumps, hence he would by most likely be or have the equivlent of a "D" license. By your proposed regulations he would be free to jump whatever canopy he wished, so how would your reg's have affected the outcome of this situation? If he had earlier in his progression opted out of your reg's by going to a canopy flight school and then still went too small too fast and pounded in? Then what? More regulation? More education? Education is the key and as up-jumpers we are always learning. Some folks just won't do they're homework or study for their test, some will and do and still fail/femur. 19. Tempo 210 @ 1:2:1 I've one ride on it and it was "NICE", for a f111 canopy. ChileRelleno-Rodriguez Bro#414 Hellfish#511,MuffBro#3532,AnvilBro#9, D24868
  20. Think your fast? Think again... I'm 5.10 and 215lbs au-natural (240-245 geared), by using by using baggy, high drag suits (RW/VRW) and having learned to be aware of how I'm flying I good to go with almost anyone. Which is "NICE". 23. I concur. Do you think if they were in fairly widspread use that someone with a full service loft in your area/region would buy one? Say someone like Cass out in Calhan@Frontrange? ChileRelleno-Rodriguez Bro#414 Hellfish#511,MuffBro#3532,AnvilBro#9, D24868
  24. Socks? ChileRelleno-Rodriguez Bro#414 Hellfish#511,MuffBro#3532,AnvilBro#9, D24868
  25. Oh no doubt about it, I would want to have it tested or get the data from a "firing". But who said it wouldn't be inaccurate after a few years? Heck the Cypres goes four (4) years before testing... The whole deal boils down to if testing is mandatory on the unit. Yes, some cost will come back at the consumer if riggers have to buy testing units. But... it'll probably cost less, have less downtime and be easier than having to ship it off very four (4) years. Alot of rigging lofts would/will would very likely buy them whether or not, just to offer the service to their cutsomers as a full service loft. Then again the manufacturer may do as others do and hit the boogies offering free testing ect... That would be very "NICE!" ChileRelleno-Rodriguez Bro#414 Hellfish#511,MuffBro#3532,AnvilBro#9, D24868
