    Sorry, I haven't really been interested enough to follow this. I didn't realize that he was a Rep. gov. Under the above quoted statue, it does mention the word "serious" a few times. What is the definition of "serious" ? Using the Dem dictionary, aren't "lying about affairs under oath", and the rest of it, defined as "business as usual" ? Didn't the Arkansas state police transport the flavor-of-the-week around? Man... I think the Dems set the Gold Standard for this one, didn't they ? They've posted stellar examples every 5 years since the 60s. Remember Jesse Jackson giving BC some advice? Excellent. Pretty hard to fake the moral high ground on this one and be taken seriously.

    Does there need to be a legal issue for impeachment ? 1- Misuse of the state funds for the trip. Is that it? There seems to be a lot of that going around. Many politicians have been caught using state transportation to go to re-election events. Nobody is screaming about those. It is never the crime, but always the coverup. Seems like he is a dope, but not guilty on a major issue.

    I always liked the technique of winning without fighting. Haile Selassie's genius, also known as Ras Tafari, invited his opponent to a feast in his honor.     What you lose is the fear and the surprise. What you gain is awareness. Part of skydiving is the ability to intellectualize what is really going on. Other people are just overcome by the sensation overload. It's a mental skill that you can share with others. Tell your daughter what is about to happen on the rollercoaster.
