exactly, by not listening to your BS would be the first step, so, are you ready "whistleblower" or is this more of your misleading information. again...put up or shut bob....plain and simple, I'm giving you a chance to prove your story and you respond with nonsense! Bob, you always like to use dates and even went into calculations about the angle Janet was in but you still "dodge" around the fact of how you think 15 miles west would of been a good flight path? also please include where you came about the "oil pipeline" that runs along the Columbia? and the 15 mile hike done by Cooper? please tell us how this was all done to fit your facts? can't wait to hear this one "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

I know at least five people who had all of that information at that time and any one of us could have mailed it. Top on the list is Weber, or McCoy. Never a cold chance in Hell could it be the guy you claim. If you want the truth, talk to the SA's who ran the show on your end! Ask McCoy, you can find him. He is not hiding. Ask Geo. Tenant. The answers lie within your precious Bureau, not in any DNA tests. "Clowns to the left of me Jokers to the right..." "Slap me on the back and say, he-he-he." Bob, Bob, Bob, you have something wrong with you clearly you don't see it but the rest of us do, there was no Government cover up, your story is full of holes, you want to spew your nonsense only on this thread which clearly shows you are lying! I have a Mr Squartino willing to help you since you are claiming "whistleblower" status, if you don't want to claim this position that you claim you have and want, then I suggest you stop commenting on this page! never heard of the letters you are talking about so I would say someone got ya, we also don't seem to have any follow up letters? you would think one would have been sent when the money was found, seems Galen Cook is trying to link the letters to Gossett http://voices.yahoo.com/1971-db-cooper-letters-linked-suspect-william-gossett-7516448.html "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' I can see that the Playboy letters match pretty good, but what about the rest, I'm sure back in the 70's fonts were not used like today, is it possible that these were simply matched to the ad because this was a typical font used in this time period? I still feel if the letters were real and sent by Cooper that he would have sent something along with them, like a 20 dollar bill? if he went this far as to sending a letter to prove he made it why not go all the way with 100% validation? well.....the winds are screamin' at around 16 mph, if it gets any worse I might have to put my shutters up let's see what ISAAC can do by 5 o'clock by then the eye should be within a hundred miles or so southwest of my position. looks like it might be a little windy down here in the next day or so, weather is already bad and people on the quest for food and fuel, the way I see it it is maybe 50 mph + winds with the present location of the storm, not worried as of yet. how does anyone know if the FBI already checked behind the stamps? they might have done it years ago for all we know. I don't trust the letters as being proof Cooper made it anymore than his missing body being proof he made it. should we change the name from Silence of the Hams to National Treasure where putting the codes together along with the 500 small clues gets you the prize? Jo, none of the letters have been proven to be from Cooper, 4 letters total were sent and none had any "code numbers" on them, how could the Government allow a coded number in someones Military numbers? why would thy even do this years before the crime? you need to link things to actual evidence, I realize that the letters are considered evidence but so is the 1500 other people claiming there grandfather was Cooper. you are trying to link numbers to something that possibly has nothing to do with Cooper. the letter in question right now is the one where the guy linked the clippings used in the letter to things that happened with the hijacking, Bourbon ad, Raleigh Cigarettes , Playboy magazine cover and so on. sometimes it easy to link things up, this is what Marla did, I think she read about McCoy's jump and then put a twist on it to fit here story, she claimed that LD landed 7 miles from his Home while McCoy landed 5 miles from his home. LD lived in Eugene which was in the flight path so do we now believe Marla's story? why not the link is right there, right? he also lived in Reno so we could assume he jumped 7 miles before the plane landed and would be close to his house in sparks. ya Bob, backwards, false, misleading and untruthful just like everything you say! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

You guys did a really nice thing for the lady and I hope she appreciates the expertise within this thread. It proves we are not just one of the so called Chat Rooms. You are right - wouldn't it be wonderful if it was that easy to unravel the past of Weber. The journals we hope will be made available to us pretty soon - that should throw more light on the past of Weber and his life. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Just read my posts. It's all true. Every bit of it. Bob, stay way in the background like you have been doing, nothing you say is true what so ever! the gig is up! go back to your knitting, I'm sure you have plenty of yarn!! Thanks guys, this has made her day, feels good to do something for someone who has been searching and found nothing and in just a few short hours the team work was able to achieve everything she was looking for. Good job A+ Now, if we could just do this with Weber, I mean KC...no LD...oh crap, the dude that jumped from the plane a long time ago "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' her reply....Yes, they are both of Eric. Do you know when they were taken? THANK you again! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

ERIC L ANDERSON Apr 1948 1 Nov 1974 26 00000 (VA) (not specified) California 545-70-1626 I found a newspaper but very hard to read, seems he was killed while getting ready for a jump and walked in to a propeller. Newspaper date November 2, 1974 Hayward man killed According to Livermore Police Dept Eric Anderson 24855 Cypress Ave was preparing to make a parachute jump at 8:41 PM when he left one plane to deliver a message to pilot on another plane and walked into the propeller. Blown against the supposed winds? HUH? Stop commenting Bob, you have more wind than the Hurricane coming to South Florida, your "truth" has been uncovered and found to be "false" I have someone who wants to talk to you about your "truth and satisfying feeling" you can no longer use the whistleblower status only on here Bob! Tom knows all about the program and also thinks it's a good idea, I see this as another tool in this huge argument of finding the truth, many have used calculators, many have counted on there fingers to solve a problem....I thought I would try this and see what happens recreation is a very good tool for any investigator, I would like to re-create the flight path the FBI shows and see if it matches, if does then so be it, I would also like to try different versions and see if anything shakes the tree so to speak. something might give a clue in doing this, once again I just don't know until it's complete, we can sit here a go back and forth about how the flight path can or can not be right for the next 10 years, or we can say, yes it's right because it was re-flown. either way it's a win win if you ask me "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Look, several of us had reservations about the chute...hey - I still do- but how can you make such sweeping declarations? Roundly discounted by who?? The Citizen's sleuth team who didn't even see it? The date? What and where is the proof (not speculation - proof) that this chute is first gen nylon? I'm not being facetious - maybe I missed it. I know the opinion about the condition, and I know when they stopped mfg silk parachutes...Has anyone that was consulted or seen the actual chute said that it was first-gen nylon? can the number on the chute be traced?? 307551? V-23 is shown on a number of charts. If you are also interested in the topographical information, then see the standard FAA sectional chart that is used for VFR flying. If you are interested in the actual chart (or at least the navigational information) that the hijacked airliner crew was using during the flight from Seattle to Reno, then take a look at the Low Altitude Enroute IFR chart that is on Sluggo's web page (and brought to you at a cost of several hundred dollars). However, the airliner crew was probably using the Jeppesen version of that chart. Same information but arranged slightly differently. Robert99 I have victor maps and topo with the software, I'll post my map once I get in order here, just got home. "Flight #305 never left the V23 airway the entire time he had them on radar." do you have a map showing V23? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Depends on the trees. Most of the trees along the river ( Catepillar Island) will be Cottonwoods which are pretty soft wood that breaks very very easily. so basically unless he hit a tree dead on or a large branch he would plow right thru, kind of what I thought.
