Jo, can you get anything correct? this is the main problem with you....... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Jo, that is not a legal document, you are making a reference from one. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

The color is dull and it may be the lighting - but I will leave that to be determined by the FBI. I tried to take pic of the damn stuff, but I can't even figure out how to make the camera my husband bought before he died even work. Digital is supposed to be easy - well, I guess it is for young folks - I do not know what is what on the camera - $500 threw away. Can't get film anymore and then they send them off to develope them. I will not trust these pic to get out of my site. Will find someone tomorrow and the FBI gets the pictures. I should have found someone wks ago..but it means driving 60 miles - I do NOT drive much anymore except to the drug store and the grocery. you have pictures on the camera? it's really not that hard Jo, what kind is it? Walgreens still does processing and sells roll film.... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' I'm sure Jo doesn't want things mixed up on the thread see attachment "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

"So MR writer of fiction" Jo, anger and frustration are not good signs when trying to prove points. you always state to people READ the thread. well, that is what I have been doing. people as far back as the start of this thread have asked you to produce some evidence. what proof other than the certificate with John Collin's name on it can show this is in fact is Duane Lorin Weber. anything with handwriting on it? prison fingerprint card etc. I'm sure there were lots of Duane Weber's and John Collin's back in the 60's. after reading a lot of the thread, I can see the frustration in people dealing with you, including the FBI. you burned that bridge as well. you and BK share similar styles. all talk and no show..... sorry Jo, it's just how I see this.... I do believe that you are on to something with Duane in the CIA. (Central Inmate Association) "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

well, where is the proof of the 40's? everything you put on here is not relevant to your time frame of the 1940's the important ones???? you also claimed in another post that Duane was in the CPS under a different name, how could this be if he was sent there to be helped? seems like another way not to prove it if you ask me! If Ohio didn't want him back, how can they prosecute him for it? this was for a parole violation, not escape! so nothing would run concurrent. how could two newspapers report Duanes activity in Ohio? one said in 1949 he was returned for escape. your records state only the parole violation, this is after the fact Jo!! you only get parole or probation after a sentence has been completed to there satisfaction. "So MR writer of fiction - who pretends to be doing a similation of the flight and MR. Baboon - I do HAVE the FILES! This is just one of them." this is a childish statement Jo, I have shown proof of my work!! not just in writing..... he is making post's directed at you with my name on it, same with talking to Meyer. I hit him with this months ago about how it can cause confusion. we have enough of that already "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Robert, if you took the time and really looked at who posted what, you will find that you are once again wrong! when I seen the comments you were making back there, for example..... Washougal could be a waste of time. Okay. Go out into the woods and search without a solid plan. See how far you get, and how much you find. you guys haven't a clue what you're getting into. Is that not Jerry you are talking about? we don't know if Cooper jumped at say...20:08 or 20:08 and a half .80-90% certainty the point where Cooper jumped.....why didn't anyone think of that one? you were simply asked by Jerry to help in a search! all of the sudden nobody has a clue whats going on, how and where to search, two long postings by you putting down the area of search, explaining where to search, how to search etc. you were asked to help, not run it. I don't recall Jerry explaining any details of the search, only where. did Meyer, George and Bruce jump on and start running it? Bill Rat, should not be contacted by anyone right now....... your time frames do not fit Jo. more of your words and notes etc. 1943 Duane Weber is in Camp Siebert doing CWF. above post says different Jo?? you claim Jacksonville 1941-1943 then California.... Official records put Duane in Ohio in 1943? again, there is no time for him to be in the CPS camp! I called them and they never heard of him? so did he leave Jacksonville in early 43 and go to California to be with the CPS? or did he go to Alabama for chemical training????? "It was around Nov of 1944 when he was returned to CA for violation of the program he was on..." you state above he was already in California? CPS gone again? where was he returned from? grand larceny n. the crime of theft of another's property (including money) over a certain value (for example, $500), as distinguished from petty (or petit) larceny in which the value is below the grand larceny limit. Some states only recognize the crime of larceny, but draw the line between a felony (punishable by state prison time) and a misdemeanor (local jail and/or fine) based on the amount of the loot they would not allow him to serve this time anywhere else but in Ohio!!!! ad some more confusion..... So there is a possibility that the FBI is right and Duane was never in the Navy. Do you know when Duane's federal criminal record started? Yes 1944 in California. Incidentally, Camp Pendleton is in southern California just south of LA and not in WA or OR. I knew that! Duane couldn't stay away from military installations. Duane was sent out of Ohio to R.I for training and then he was sent to Jacksonville. --June 1941 - May 1942) Duane entered Navy in Bad conduct discharge approx 1 year later. --Mar 31, 1943 - July 1943) Duane enlists Army - two months in he is dishonorably discharged. --Oct 11, 1943 Marries Daisy Schuller, Madison, Michigan --Oct 25, 1944 Marries Floy Brummitt, Cook County, Il, --Nov 25, 1944, Arrested in Chicago. --Then to McNeil in 1944?? The Floy Brummitt - Duane Lorin Weber marriage, Cook County, Il. looks pretty legit to me on the reference I found - (full name, and it's around the time he was arrested in Cook county) but you know you can purchase a copy of the marriage certificate from Cook County if you are so inclined. smokin99 posted the above. and you speak of everyone else twisting things? this is a mess and I still say Duane was nobody...... something is very wrong here! almost like you are trying to place him in the NW.... like the newspaper said...."a smooth talking con", just a nice way to say full of BS!! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Jo, I have to go by what is on record. you seem to what to change everything publicly known. when did Duane try and get into the army? not Mar 31, 1943 in Ohio? you have him Jacksonville 1941-1943 then California? so when did he have time to be in the army? Returned to CA in Nov or Dec of 1944 and in January 1945 sentenced and transported in days. Didn't take very long back then. Released 6 months later. what about the letter from his mom about chemical warfare training? what year was this?...Camp Siebert in Gadsden, AL where do you tie him into 555 troopers? two newspapers place him in Ohio in the late 40's (his missing years) 1941-1943 Jacksonville 1943-1944 California 1945 Washington 6 months where does the army and CPS fit into this mess! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

Jo, you are all over the board...... 2011 you said this. sentenced in 1944 to Mcneil. 2012 you said this... early part of 1945-he supposedly sent to Mcneil but where did he really go??? exactly what year could Duane have been with the CPS? again, we are running out of years.... Your statement November 12, 2006 The Certification of Service states for Navy coincides with the other data provided since - with a serial number of 283 56 96 date entered 06-18-41 date released 05-30-42 Public records Name: Duane L Weber Birth Year: 1924 Race: White, citizen (White) Nativity State or Country: Ohio State of Residence: Ohio Enlistment Date: 31 Mar 1943 Enlistment State: Ohio Enlistment City: Fort Hayes Columbus Education: 1 year of high school like I said 1941-1943 in and out of the service..... either way it's still 2 years..... smokin99 found this in 2011....... From the Canton Repository, Canton, OH Jan 31, 1949 London, O. - .....Duane Weber, 25, who left the farm's honor camp (smokin sez: this would be the London Prison Farm, London, Ohio) last November, was arrested in St. Petersburg, Fla., for petit larceny and returned here. He was sentenced from Cleveland in 1947 to serve one to seven years for grand larceny. He will have to serve two years extra. This excerpt was the third paragraph in an article about another fugitive who had turned himself back in to the farm. Looks like this is saying that Duane was sentenced to the farm for grand larceny, 1-7 years in Cleveland, Ohio in 1947 - went awol or was on parole in November 1948 - and was sent back after he got arrested for petty larceny in St. Pete in January, 1949?? Jeez, that boy just couldn't keep from getting caught. this confirms the 1957 newspaper about sending him back! two newspapers wrong, detective? everybody is wrong, right Jo????????? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

nothing jives then Jo, I'm reading Duane saying he did 5 years in Ohio, and a detective reports arresting him in 1949. Duane said this, not them, so how could he have not been in Ohio? couldn't of been prior to 43, you said he escaped, they said he escaped. not much time frame left Jo. "I have the SanQuentin/Folsom file. He slip out of the hands of authorities and served his time for "ohio" concurrently with the Folsom/SanQuentin deal. This is in the file!" I have never heard of serving time in another state for a crime in another state. Federal prison's you can pick anywhere you wish, after convicted. another statement you said Folsom indicates a warrant from Ohio is cancelled in 1954? so you are saying that Detective Lee never arrested Duane on escape? just like the knife a couple weeks ago, you swore it had pink material on it, but in 2008 you said the piece there was so small and dirty, I can not see color? very, very confusing Jo......... "I have the files and the records." BK has a 27 foot trailer full of notes, haven't seen those either?? I found some rather damaging evidence about Weber. I was cleaning older icons off my desktop when I seen the newspaper article about Duane. this is in July of 1957 in regards to his arrest. again, only after being out of prison 4 months. I started reading and by Duane's own admission he said he was in prison in California for 6 years 1951-1957, then he said he also served 5 years in a Ohio Penitentiary. hold that thought! later in the article Detective Lee say's he arrested Duane in 1949 and returned to Ohio were he escaped. so now we have a time frame. 1941-1943 in and out of the service. 2 years total 1944-1948/49 Duane is in the Ohio Penn. and escapes. 1951-1957 he is in a California Prison for 6 years. 1941 to 1957 is a span of 16 years. add the above and you have 13 years accounted for, not including what ever time they gave him for the escape. how was duane involved the the 555 troopers and the CPS camps? the camps are designed for people who are against war. Duane had no reason to fear the draft? until I see something Official about Duane's past, I have to go with what I found. I'm just showing what I have found, it appears to fall in place. if I'm wrong, the paper is wrong and the Detective is wrong. I just need proof it's wrong. I wasn't talking about now or 1990, before 1996, nobody knew Duane Weber. it doesn't make sense to plant the money in order to throw the law off the track. they were never on a track to Cooper at anytime? Weber, KC, and a lot of the rest were never known while the money was being "planted" so why throw the police off an extremely cold trail? was Duane in the Ohio prison from 44 to 49? "Jerry Thomas, a Vietnam vet, Army survival trainer and drill sergeant, has been looking for D.B. Cooper since 1989. He's spent hundreds of days in the Washougal and Lewis watersheds, sometimes going months at a time searching for clues under the tall trees." how close do you come to Jerry's skills? what was the longest search you have done? do you think Jerry would get lost in the forest like you did? what inside information do you have on this case? how is your opinion better than Jerry's? what do you know about Jerry? are you friends with Himmelsbach,? could you possibly sling anymore mud on Jerry? he has a strong feeling KC is Cooper, nobody had a clue it was him if it were true, so why would KC plant money on Tena Bar to throw them off the trail? same for Weber, LD, Gossett etc. etc. all were in the clear 100% "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Thanks 377, Microsoft has a jump simulator you can put into the system. "Robert99 and Shutter are working on this," you are leaving a key person out of this. Hominid. " Don't assume they were stupid, although they could have made mistakes." do me a favor and look at the flight path time frames, now look at the 20:03 position and then what time frame follows that? we have known "mistakes" already on the map. nobody is claiming that anyone is stupid. this project is not designed to make anyone look stupid. ****************READ CAREFULLY**************** I have a flight simulator that has been tested in the following manor. #1 I ran tests on the altitude and it passed. #2 I ran tests on distances and it passed. #3 Hominid put me thru a series of speed tests. it passed. #4 I ran tests on how the plane reacts to different flap settings. gear up/gear down. I have been able to take the 727-100 up to 7,000 at a speed of 160 KIAS with flaps at 30 degree's & gear down having a fuel flow of 4500 to 4800 10,000 at a speed of about 175 KIAS flaps at 15, head wind of 24 knots & fuel flow of about 4300. after reading information Robert99 gave me, I ran another test to the maylay intersection, it read 63 NM (doesn't show 63.5) I have the best known weather system which will input winds aloft, interpolation, direction, temps, barometrics, wind shear, turbulence etc. etc. it appears to me that I have a system well enough to fly the path with the known information I have. the project is designed to see if the path can be flown the way they present it. if it can not be flown this way, we have the first step in resolving the problems. it's designed to try and verify, not to make someone look stupid! "don't assume they were stupid" is certainly a factor several posters need to understand about the FBI......... The person who has given me the power in this project is Hominid!! from the start he has been the brains behind this project, I couldn't be where I am without him. he has an extremely well gripped grasp of the the path and the weather. Robert99 is also credited with the information he has given me and helping to guide me thru. I listen to these guys because they know what they are talking about. That's how I learn! Robert & Hominid are valuable tools in this project. just the weather alone will probably take me about an hour to upload into the system. Hominid has every inch covered of the path. I just want to see if the path can be flown they way they show it, once we do this other option can be taken in as well. "I tried to call Rataczak" I would love to talk with him about this project. I'm not here to give you a hard time Blevins, just correcting a mistake made you. take a look at the map you just pulled up, look at the 20:10 plot, now look at the 20:11 spot and tell me this is SSE when it crossed the Lewis river? I don't know how the money got on the shore of the Columbia, don't you think a good start would be to fly the path the way the FBI shows it? perhaps the path will be flyable, so far it appears that way. this is one of the best ways to recreate the "crime scene" just as the police do after a crime. hopefully I can justify something with this project. it's worth a shot! we have problems of where Cooper might have jumped. we have time frame issue's (missing minute) it's possible we could unlock some things that have caused confusion! there are problems in the path I don't think you have a clue about, these are the things I am hoping to resolve. yes, a lot of time and effort is put forth into this project, but I'm learning things I would have never had the opportunity to do. I'm having a ball doing this, it's fun, frustrating, pain staking, all rolled into one! but I enjoy every minute of it!
