  1. it seems that everything on record gives the intention of Cooper wanting to jump very early in the flight. he had trouble with the stairs, perhaps he thought the stairs were going to drop all the way down, once he realized this it changed everything. this could be a reason he took so long before he jumped, I don't know.... lots of qualified people build buildings, they fall down because of something going wrong in the design. overhead walkways collapse because of poor engineering, so why is it impossible to believe the flight path could be wrong in the timing? human error is the number one cause of accidents and problems.... I have seen Hurricane shutters that have been tested to over 150 mph with a positive and negative load ripped right off the house in a category 1 or 2. this shouldn't happen unless it's a cat 4 or above. Flight 19 was lost in the 40's 5 planes disappeared without a trace, the largest Naval search was launched and covered 250,000 square miles and not one thing was found floating? a PBM left that night from Banana river north of West Palm Beach, the plane was seen exploding and the coords marked, nothing has been found of that plane either. I understand the water is a different beast, but it seems to me it's understandable to have a body missing for a long period. I think it's still early to decide that Cooper's body could not still be out there. I can't verify this nor can I claim it, others claim he went into the water, so we have options out there.... 2. unless someone is a qualified jumper it's all a guess as to how he did the jump. actually it would be a guess for anyone since it has never done before. the stunt jumper in the movie does come down backwards and then side steps to the bottom. here is the static line jump in slow mo.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYW08S3dAUs "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' 3. Robert, why does everyone have to be right on the chutes. how do you know Cossey wasn't told what to say in order for the FBI to make Cooper dead on paper? the original cause of death was by the FBI. The stairs can not be locked in place in flight. all the internal parts were damaged. The FBI test shows the stairs going back up because they pushed the sled down the stairs. another picture shows a guy on the stairs but it's not full extended. they have already admitted that they were wrong on the jump location, many mistakes have been made. one second you lock onto what the FBI says or does, then you turn around and say BS? have they found the skydiver from months ago? were is he and all his stuff? you admit many times you have been wrong about a lot of things in the past how do you figure you are so right now? do you know the difference between oscillation and a pressure bump? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  4. ok, but also keep in mind religious and normal nice people tell "white lies" you know the ones that don't really hurt people, especially if they are dead....... perhaps they set out for payback, making NW look bad, payment for the layoffs????? If this new chute theory comes to light, LD, KC and Duane are dead in the water with Cooper!!!!!!!! 5. it's not a tie tac, a tie tac goes thru the fabric. you don't call a thumb tack a thumb clip????? it has a alligator CLIP....... sharp or not, I'm still not buying into it......sorry how do you think the family would of reacted if they knocked on the door Nov. 25, 1971 "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  6. well, I'm not sure I can soak that in, she can't remember a black tie? but can identify a clip that measures 1 and a quarter inch wide by 3/8" high? the thing is hardly noticeable on my clip on tie. I looked for a long time and couldn't find one with real gold, all fake. it's a nice piece, but again it's not that noticeable. to remember it years later is a stretch. I see he fancies the bar clip in his photo? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  7. I believe, don't quote me but Tina said she saw him with the tie on, but nothing about the clip. could have been covered with the overcoat. "Ckret was able to mentally place himself in the the 1971 era and comprehend the details and what each meant with their statement." so you can?????? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  8. I have the same clip, it has a alligator clip on it. the tie had a tac at one point on it, holes remain in the tie. 9. This is what I was saying a month ago, Hayden sold two chutes and got one back..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  10. Jan 10, 2008 you asked Ckret about anyone seeing a watch. Jan 11, 2008 Ckret reply None of the witnesses mentioned a watch You can see the tie clasp for yourself at FBI.gov. It was never a stick pin, it's always been a tie clasp. I'm guessing Knoss had your head full with the BYU pin.... 11. "WHY the F--- do you think the FBI never allowed me to see the 1966 Jefferson photo!" you don't have a Jefferson prison photo? are you saying the FBI withheld this from you? have you tried to get it? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  12. I doubt anyone will catch him by the sketch only. the descriptions are pretty darn close. If you have a dark brown suit on in a dark area, odds are they might show up black. they both gave age and weight about the same. using the faults can not allow room for everyone else to fall in. not one single person claimed Cooper bald, Flo's description did change, but still has hair on the top of his head. The FBI looked into the fact of Cooper wearing a wig or make up and concluded this was not the case. a large portion of sketches come from witnesses who saw the perp in under a minute. during bank robbery they look up for a moment, or seen him running out of a building. we have several witnesses that seen Cooper for hours. do I think the sketch is reliable...probably not 100%, but when the time is right most of you think it fits just fine? Jo is matching Duane with pics 20 years younger? where does it end??????? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  13. so, now you want to use the descriptions not valid card? why do you post pics of Kenny next to the FBI sketch, or the little software program that matched him to the FBI sketch that is probably wrong? I hope you didn't put a side by side in your FBI PDF or the media version? double standard as you call it....no? lets throw everything out, this way everyone has a chance to be Cooper...... remember how they found John List? The Green River case, how many people seen him for hours at a time? who gave these descriptions??? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  14. well, you, Jo, and Marla among other use the "what if" a lot. lots of people are against all 3 of ya....must be a reason? Marla says LD is Cooper???? Jo says Duane is Cooper???? Blevins says KC might be Cooper, but you constantly remind us of it. you have now alerted the media by several avenues that KC might be Cooper.....all 3 Stuck In Neutral????? see a pattern anywhere? just telling it as I see it........ "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  15. jumping to a bald guy who is 5'8" is a leap as well....no? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  16. straight from the FBI hours after the crime, no public distortion, no publishers version and not a version from someone 10, 20 years later. Mucklow "W/M, mid 40's, 5-10" 6', 180 to 190, med to dark complexion, medium build, dark straight hair with narrow sideburns to mid ear parted and combed back, dark plastic wrap-around sunglasses, dark top coat, dark brown suit possibly with a thin black stripe, brown socks, brown ankle length pebble grain shoes, not the tie type, he had a low voice with no accent, she did not see scars, marks or tattoos, the man did not have on any jewerly she could see." Schaffner "W/M, mid 40's, 6', 170-175, average build, brown eyes, straight black hair medium length and parted on the left side, olive skin, black business suit, white shirt, thin black tie, black overcoat, black shoes, black briefcase, dark framed sunglasses with brown lenses, no scars marks or tattoos, he had a normal calm voice and appeared to be of Latin descent." 17. correct, we have two posters on here that are nothing but talk. this is not a place to tell a story, it's a place to present evidence and discuss . both get mad when confronted and start the name calling etc. (red flag) I'll admit you have put the cards on the table, but once again, you have done this till we are blue in the face with KC. we know you sent a PDF to the FBI we know you have a media version. with that said, where are the fireworks? If KC was 5' 10, 11 or 6 foot and bald, you might have a chance, he was about the same height as the stews, how did they look up at him? KC and Duane's pictures have been online for years and nobody has said much about either. the uninformed don't count, they look at the photo and say, yes it could be him? Duane's picture only fits with him years younger. I doubt she has his prison record correct either. Ckret asked her why her records don't match what they have, and don't tell me he tapped his ears back for the crime...... this crap gets old, very old..... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  18. "I can personally assure you that Georger has probably done about 100 times (at least) more investigating of the Cooper hijacking than you and Blevins combined." Plus.......I would say that he can back up what ever he says, be it documents, photo's etc. some posters on here only put words to there so called FACTS, and use a personal, or private issue card to stall the real evidence. This is supposed to be where you place the cards on the table and let people decide, if you don't wish to do this, I'm guessing you have something to hide! some are doing the exact same thing they blame the FBI of doing! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  19. I am posting right now and can tell you I never made a comment on that site. that goes back almost before I was even around, once again......who cares????? 20. That's the correct law school definition of a burglary, but cops usually refer to burgs as break ins to steal goods within. It's odd to see a cop give the law school definition. Actually it's a burglary to enter a supermarket with the intent to steal, even if the person takes nothing. It's rarely charged because they can't prove when the criminal intent was formed. It was charged in a case recently where a guy was caught inside the store with bar code labels he had printed which were to be stuck over the existing item bar code and cause expensive items to be scanned as different cheaper ones. The labels showed he entered with criminal intent. 377 correct, a lot of people think breaking and entering calls for the need to break something actually the thing you break is the threshold of ones space. if a car window is open and you reach in and take something, you cross that threshold of property. in regards to the above statement, I believe this person/persons had intent to do physical harm more than a burglary gone wrong. if this wasn't the case they wouldn't have said there is no further danger, or fear needed. that's how I read it, but ya never know????? 21. a Ron Olsen said this...... Ron Olson 6:53 pm on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 According to King County Sheriff Sgt. Cindi West, there is no reason to believe other Woodinville residents are in any danger. Maybe Sgt. West should explain why she feels that this is an isolated incident. I think we are in danger, and we need to rely less on the police, and more on ourselves. Keep your doors locked and a gun in your pocket. If this information is correct, then what happened to Cossey is personal. "Jackson said, "We would classify it – yes – as a burglary, meaning that somebody entered a home that shouldn't have been there, with an intent to commit a crime." that's kind of obvious from day one....this report really doesn't change anything. 22. I'm done...said my thoughts....Ba bye...... "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  23. This had nothing to do with KC??? exactly what I'm trying to explain to you..... stop trying to prove something nobody believes in but you! KC has been around for years don't ya think someone would put two and two together? no, only you....and people on Facebook, twitter etc. Reality hotel ring a bell????? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  24. That's a cop out my friend, Cooper fans are tough because they rely on evidence. you presented some, but it doesn't play out. I give you credit for trying, but if it doesn't pass this stage how will it pass law enforcement? are we above the law/ hardly, but logic wins most of the time. tone down on things you think are facts. nobody is perfect, it's the way you present things that tick people off. your two cents has added up to $200,000. smok99 has warned you of this many times......take this warning and come down to us..... deep down I don't think you are a bad guy, show us this guy???? If I want to kill you and broke into your home, am I a burglar or a killer? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  25. Robert, you don't have to lie to have credibility disappear, I have read that they trained almost 1800 people to be air marshals and ground crews, but haven't seen the actual number of 1800 marshals in the air in the early 70's? I say we leave the ego's at the door and start working on something constructive. I don't have the answers to everything here, only opinions. it's a shame I have to go off line in order to get questions answered or gain knowledge off this thread! should be the opposite...no? I realize others give you a hard time, but how many times have you said you are not going to reply? as Rambo said, let it go, or I'll give you a war you can't win! let it...go. many are against you, a sign maybe? get up off the ground, brush yourself off and carry on, learn what has been preached....... I would really like to see other things on here, not Jo, Knoss and Blevins retaliations.........
