  1. Fook me $2500 for 6 foot of audio cable Dude, read it carefully, its not an audio cable, but a POWER cable... $2500 starting price... for transmitting simple 110 AC... I'll never understand those audiophiles. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  2. Cool, I've done the same a couple years back, integrating analysed GPS data into the video stream. These are the 2 videos I made with my wingsuit data: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3064457191516583219 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2898986108865105239 I wrote the software myself to convert from the lat, lon, alti data to the statistics shown. Cheers, Costyn edit: I see I'm a late comer to the thread, and Gadget has already posted my video. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  3. Cool video. Reminds me of this picture, although you guys managed to keep it going for longer than Bo and Blokki: http://birdmantopgun.com/castellon-gallery/topgun_castellon_16.jpg When you say docked, you mean another wingsuiter without a rodeo-er docks on the wingsuit with rodeo? That sound very difficult. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  4. Funny stuff, man! Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  5. Haha ok so you weren't kidding when you said you were using a motorcycle jacket.
  6. Wow thats a great idea! That'll add to the structural rigidity of the wing as well, just like the crossbraces on a bridge (or a crossbraced canopy ). Why don't you do the same thing for the arm wings? Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  7. Sorry, that was me posting that. I was logged in under my girlfriends account by mistake. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  8. Fixed that URL for you: AN-72 Boogie Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) As for the thread subject: yes I'm coming to Cochstedt and I've registered!
  9. Very nicely done indeed. Yeah I recognized many pieces of film from Crosswind and Soul Flyers and such; I would hope they got it through the proper channels, but sometimes there's just not enough time to trace the owners of the footage, like Jarno said. Cheers Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  10. Well, since all wingsuit manufacturers except Tony suits and Jii wings are from Europe, there's still a lot of choices.
  11. Nope, it doesn't have a dial unfortunately. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  12. Yup, I second that. I've recently bought an HC5 and I'm very happy with it... done wingsuit and freefly and it's done its job perfectly. The only downside is (for non-skydiving) is the lack of a focus ring or button (which the HC7 and 9 have I think), but using the spot focus is an acceptable substitute. 13. Whoohoo.. nice! Heheh I was happy it was working... and man the screenshot looks good. I really really like my new HC5! Cheers Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  14. Man I'm amazed at how many suits some people have. I only have 1 wingsuit, which is a Blade. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  15. Yeah it was a good time for all. We were pretty lucky with the weather considering its still spring and the weather at Spa is notably finicky. Although on some days was really really cold at altitude. I'd like to thank everyone who attended for coming to Spa. Some people travelled from far away places spending a lot of money and time to get there. Next time, as Jarno said, we'll organize it somewhere with a better chance at good weather and later in the season, so everyone can have a chance to practice. Also, thanks to all the sponsors for providing us with prizes! We had lots of ideas for future competitions and we're open to input from everyone on other ideas to develop the competition. Jeff blows

Hehe I have some footage too of Jeff spitting his gum at Jarno mid-flight. BTW that gum really stinks pretty bad, Jeff. It smells of hospital cleaing stuff. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  17. Very nice... looks good guys!!
  18. Very nice. Looks like it was a fun jump! When are you coming to Europe again? For the Cochstedt An72 boogie? Cheers Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  19. I wanna see! Bring on the pics!
  20. Details, details, details!!! What happened? How? We want MOAR information! Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  21. Okay, well I guess I stand corrected.
  22. I got my HC5 in last week, and it's bigger than I thought it would be. Like Dragon2 said, combining it with a HD wideangle is something you don't really want on the side of your head, its too wide... Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  23. With all the PF bashing you're doing lately, maybe you should change your avatar. And wtf is up with the cartoon? The guy in a cow costume makes no sense to me at all. Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
  24. Do you mean that Paracentrum Teuge sponsoring you? Costyn van Dongen - http://www.flylikebrick.com/ - World Wide Wingsuit News
