  1. A couple of points: This socalled alignment issue is being over-played and misstated imo. Tom seems to be contradicting himself because Tom also includes an alignment diagram which is anything but 'perfect alignment' - see his website. Attached. (Keep in mind, we don't know where in the stack this bill that Tom shows, was. And we dont know if this bill and its parts represents the overall status/orientations of the bills in bundles "when buried", and neither does Tom. Tom's use of the word "buried" can only be a generic use of the word because nobody knows the process that applied when the money got deposited on the sandbar.) Also: it is commonly understood the 'pile' of money was being held together (cemented together) by river sediments - not by rubber bands (which is ludicrous). The bands had longsince ceased to function - Also: Dredge spoils moved 50ft @ direction ... What Tom actually says is: "probably moved"! No one knows for sure not even Fazio who did the moving. He never measured anything in the multiple moving sessions that were applied during and after the spoil was applied to his beachfront. I had somebody talk to him. see attached... Thanks Georger. I did see the allignment diagram of the bills at TK's website. Absolutely, the rubber bands were rendered useless and non-functional if they disintegrated just by touching them. So, I guess it's commond knowledge that river sediment helped keep the bills together -- or is that part ludicrous as well? MeyerLouie I think a better test would be to actually put some packets of money thru one of the dredges they use to maintain the main channel in that part of the river. __________________________________________________ Money packets or a money bag about the same size and dimension as the Cooper bag? 2. QuoteNot a real big deal, but I was working at someone's house today. This is a lady for whom I have worked for about seven years. She's a retired teacher with a little private school downstairs for tutoring, although she hasn't used it in years. Each month, nothing changes in that room. My job is to clean and dust the room and nothing is ever moved...including about twenty rubber bands of various sizes in a little pull-out drawer. So...I get this thought and pull open the drawer. I take out some of the rubber bands. They are at LEAST five years old, since no one except yours truly has been in that room since 2007. (She retired from tutoring and locked up the room in 2007) The bands are of different sizes and thicknesses. I stretch a few of them to their full extent several times back and forth, some pretty severely. After reading what I have on Kaye's site about exposure to air and rubber bands, I fully expect them to snap easily. None of them broke, although they had a bit of a funny smell. It was a chemical smell that got stronger as I stretched them out. Just a thought on the life of rubber bands. The drawer is rather loose, and exposed to the air at the top about an eighth of an inch. The point here is that after more than five years, these rubber bands, even though they had been exposed to air (although not water or the outside elements) still worked just fine. Amateur Conclusion: The Kaye team has already proven that rubber bands degrade severely within a reletively short time if exposed to moving water, or are buried in sand. This could mean the money bundles were kept somewhere OUT of the elements for several years before they ended up at Tena Bar. You can figure out the rest on that....

  4. The Cooper Research Team Tom Kaye, Alan Stone, Carol Abraczinskas [RED] I HAVE SAID THIS FOR 17 YRS![/RED] NO ONE HEARD ME. I was very upset with the crew in 2001 - they did it their way and I got fed up and walked away - they did not take me there according to my memory....but, they were not investigators. They didn't realize I needed to go forward the way I did in 1979 with Weber. It was after we left Tena bar along the river by car that I told Himmelsbach - (we were in the back seat) - "those buildings - I know those buildings". He told me that we could have arrived at Tena's bar from that direction. And then I got it! BUT not until I went back in 2010 ALL BY MY SELF! I didn't even have to go back to Tena's bar - just the tressel or underpass and seeing the 2 directions Tena's bar could have been approached by - was ALL I needed. I was at peace with that part. There are 3 ways to approach Tena's bar. 1. from the north like the crew did. 2. from the Red Lion along the river 3. Another street north of the road along the river and that is how Duane took me and it connected to the road the crew took Himmelsbach and I to the Red Lion. I did NOT have to go all the way back to Tena's bar at that point. I knew I would be able to get on my plane and go home and know I DID REMEMBER! I WAS NOT WRONG! I am a Loner & not a social animal - why I fight things with a KEYBOARD! People confuse me - they interupt my thoughts instead of waiting for me to speak or ask a question. I had no map of Vancouver - I was at the mercy of a driver. My viusal memory gets sidetrack by changes. Seeing something ONE time and then to be able to go back yrs and yrs later...most individual cannot do that. In 2001 I was at the mercy of the crew and that was a problem plus no map. My input into starting from The Dalles meant nothing to anyone other than everything to my visual memory. I did NOT have a map. My words trying to explain things and my need to go back to point a to start to point b....did not sink in to anyone. Too many people, no map, cameras - I will not do that again. Too many people interrupting and asking questions that had NEVER live in the area...and who I did NOT expect to be mind readers. The driver had ONLY been there 2 yrs??? THAT was our guide! I did NOT have the money in 1997 to go out there, but I should have asked for help instead of waiting for the FBI. ________________________________________________ So, according to the Cooper Research Team's "non-natural means" theory, it was most likely Cooper himself who re-found his stolen loot, before the rubber bands deteriorated, and then he planted the 3 bundles at T-Bar. Did Cooper reclaim the loot in the woods (where he hid or buried it, only to come back later and retrieve it) or did he find the money in the River? Either way, I see a problem. If Cooper concealed the money in the woods -- maybe he stuffed the money bag under a log or buried it under some pine needles or even buried it underground somewhere, with the money wrapped up inside the bag) -- then how did the bills get so tattered and worn and frayed? Seems to me the bills would be fairly well protected from the elements if they were buried in some (any) sort of protective sheathing -- like the bag. Using the bag to contain the money would have also protected it. Hence, there is no way the bills could have become so tattered and worn if buried or concealed in the woods, in the bag. The other problem: the loot originally ended up in the River. What are the chances that Cooper re-found his money after it had floated down the River for some length of time, then took 3 bundles of it and purposely planted them at T-Bar? I say that's about as far-fetched and unlikely as it gets. The chances he found the money again in the River are next to none, and even if he did, would he give up nearly $6000 of the loot he risked his life for just to throw us all off and say, "Ha Ha on you!" Put those two very, highly unlikely events together, and you've got something so far-fetched and impossible that's it's laughable. In fact, I think it takes more work to believe the "non-natural means" theory than it does to believe the natural means theory. Another point, Kaye's water tests assume to bills free-floated in the water -- the bills were not enclosed in a container -- like a bag. TK concludes the bills must have ended up at T-Bar by non-natural means since the T-Bar stacks of bills were all lined up -- and not fanned out -- which would have happened if the bills had been floating in the water. How about entertaining the possibility that the money stacks stayed lined up because they were tightly secured in some sort of receptacle, like a money bag. I'm thinking Cooper tied up the money bag tighter than a drum with the parchute cord. Even if the bag got damaged or torn, it was so tightly wrapped and secured that most of the bills stayed intact for a long period of time, even in extreme elements. It's like using tarp to secure a load in the back of your pickup. If you don't tie that load down really tight, the wind is going to rip that tarp to shreds when you head down the freeway at 60mph. Cooper was probably thinking along the same lines when he secured the money bag with the parachute chord. He knew he really had to secure that money bag -- he was about to jump into 200 mph winds, and the bag had to hold up. Jo: tell me again, when did you first go to Tena's Bar, and how did you know you were at the exact location called Tena's Bar? MeyerLouie
  5. My responses are in bold italics. MeyerLouie _________________________________________________ Not generally. But I've heard that sometimes they see THEMSELVES as God. Questions to Jo: Did this bank bag have 'Seafirst Bank' printed on it? Did it have leather straps? Rataczak says he actually saw the bag coming on board and said it had leather straps. A quote from his testimony: *italics added. Some possible examples attached. Notes: If the picture of the bank bag with the leather handle is a fairly accurate rendition of how the money was delivered to Cooper, then I have some thoughts. First, those bags are almost universally recognizable. Few if any people have not seen a transport guard carrying one into or out of a bank or store. Second, it is doubtful that if Cooper made it to the ground that he would attempt to walk out of the area carrying the money in such a bag, since it IS so recognizable. And yet Jo claims that such a bag was later found in a cooler that belonged to Duane Weber. _________________________________________________ I don't know Blevins, maybe he used the other bag to carry the money in, or crafted some kind of carrier that looked like a knapsack a hiker would be wearing, one that would conceal the bank bag. That wouldn't be that hard to do. MeyerLouie _________________________________________________ Well...just exactly HOW did he manage to transport the stolen money (in its original container) such a great distance without being noticed? It's like doing the hottest purse snatching in history and then keeping the purse they are looking for. Not smart. _________________________________________________ I don't know Blevins, maybe he buried or hid the money bag, then came back later to get it -- after things calmed down a bit. That's not a stretch Blevins, it wouldn't be that hard to do. MeyerLouie_________________________________________________ The most logical assumption is that Cooper would have immediately transferred the money to a container OTHER than the one given to him by the FBI. Maybe the chute container? Maybe something else. But la-de-da-ing across the country packing a REAL bank bag with $200,000 stuffed inside? Perhaps with the name 'Seafirst Bank' printed on it? The very bag provided by the FBI? Hmmm.... Extremely unlikely at best.
  6. While I may not agree with everything you say BK, you are one of just a handful of individuals whose theory does not contradict or ignore the tattered, pitted, worn condition of the bills. My question is: would a submerged money bag (in a milk carton) for an extended period of time cause the bills to become pitted and tattered? The other possibility is that the money bag tossed and tumbled on the bottom of the Columbia River, thus causing the worn state of the bills. Would just being submerged for an extended time cause the deteriorated, pitted condition of the bills. The theory that the money arrived at T-Bar by non-natural means is so incredibly unlikely and so remotely improbable. More on that later, if need be. It seems possible that the money arrived at T-Bar by natural means via a flood event -- as you say. MeyerLouie
  7. 377, Agreed. This almost certainly means that the pressure bump was the point where Cooper jumped. Further, the FBI 727 sled tests reportedly (by the members of the 305 flight crew) matched the pressure bump when the sled slid off the end of the stairs. So it seems to be reasonable to assume that Cooper jumped from the last step of the stairs. This would also give him the most head room with the stairs down as far as his weight could get them. Robert99 I may be out of sequence time-wise, but I thought 377 said it was a possibility that DBC went to the bottom of the stairs, bounced up and down to cause a pressure bump, then minutes later, returned to the bottom of the stairs and carefully did a free-fall off the bottom of the stairs -- without creating a pressure bump. MeyerLouie
  8. It's an intriguing possibilty Meyer, but I have several 727 manuals that show the aircraft in great detail. I just can't see where he could have concealed himself that could be accessed from the passenger cabin. Most of the access panels have exterior fasteners. How could you retighten them from the inside to conceal your entry? I sometimes wonder if he exited waaaay later than the pressure bump point, but there is no evidence to support this, and the T Bar money tends to contradict it. But where is his gear and his briefcase with the alleged bomb? Could his body have been found by hunters who stripped the loot and hid the remains? Could he have been shot by hunters who took the loot and hid the body? Mr. Occam tells me to stop coming up with these wild convoluted explanations. He tells me crooks rarely throw away money and that the T Bar money suggests that Cooper died. I ask Occam how the money got to T Bar and he says: "by the simplest means possible" which is no help at all. I am a bit worried about Farflung. He has gone NORDO. 377 _________________________________________________ Yeah, where is Farflung? I miss his elegant prose. Another point, 377: I have always thought there was next to no chance DBC ended up in the River. The probability and likelihood are so very very small. Farflung laid out just how unlikely this really is. But... this is such a bizarre, unprecedented case, and bizarre, uprecedented things happen. I'm now thinking it's possible that Cooper ended up in the River, as remote as that possibility might be. Why do say this? Because some of the money was found on the banks of the River? And that also means he must have exited past the pressure bump point -- and from what I've been hearing, that is possible -- not likely, but possible. So many things to consider here.... MeyerLouie
  9. Truth is, I can't remember if someone sent it to me, or if I found it on a search. I think it was sent to me. There are two main computers in this office, and a laptop. Also, one other computer which was taken off-line about a year ago and sits in the closet. That one is where all the Cooper files resided, although I transferred a great deal of them using a 16gb flash drive. Did a search on the main computer, the one I'm using now. No results. I guess I will have to take a look on all of them...what fun. You might want to check with Bruce Smith. He says in one of his articles that the FBI released him a copy. I only looked at the copy I had one time and then filed it away. Didn't understand a lot of it, but then I'm not a geologist, either. Exactly where did YOU pull up such a story! ANYONE who knows about the Palmer report (if you could call it a report) knows it is NOT technical. The FBI did NOT released a report to Bruce. Cook claimed to have a copy of this so called report! I expect Georger is also privey to it! This is the very thing U have done since get go - U create stories and myths. U cannot say anything without changing the context of information as it came to U. THIS is EXACTLY what U did with those poor women and BLESS the guy for trying to stand up against U. U twist and twist and repeated until they were brain washed. ONE tried to remorse, but U just shunned her! Senior Abuse! So, Blevins, where did you see and "review briefly" the Palmer report? You know that's a classified document, don't you? If you read Jo's note to you here in this post, isn't that what she's trying to tell you? Grab a clue, big guy. They call me 'big guy' too, but I tell 'em it's just a rumor. MeyerLouie MeyerLouie
  10. What goes around comes around! Knoss is CERTIFIABLE! Blevin is FLAPPING like a FISH out of WATER! JT can only throw STONES! Smoking and Georger - are ON TO SOMETHING! 377 & Meyer are fishing! Jo - Well is she a CERTIFIABLE story teller or liar? The money tells Cooper's Story! Gray Crawled into a hole and set up the tomato cans!
  11. Bruce, You've opened up a whole new really big can of worms here. I often think about this possibility, and I always ask: How creative and resourceful was DBC and how thorough was the search and processing of the crime scene? You bring up nuggets in this post. It makes me wonder what he was really doing in the restroom for all that time. Maybe he hid under the toilet. That's the last place I'd look. Moreover, I'm getting a strong feeling here (and this time it isn't gas -- pun intended) he may have put all that knowledge of that particular Boeing aircraft to lots of good use. He knew about deploying the aft stairs in flight -- knowledge that the flight crew didn't even have. What other knowledge or surprises did he have? You got me thinking Bruce -- it's a totally different angle -- it's fun to consider the possibilities. MeyerLouie
  12. If the money ripped away from a bag after 8 yrs in the water the bundles would have torn apart. No rubber band would have survived being under water for 8 yrs. Sure about that? I'm not. If the bills were tightly packed together, bundles inside of bundles, then those interior bundles, and their rubber bands, may have experienced only minimal exposure to possible damage caused by water submersion. I've pulled stuff out of water I thought surely would be damaged from prolonged submersion in water -- only to find that hardly any water damage occurred -- because of a good, "water tight" wrap. But then again, I didn't observe the state of affairs after 8 years ... I'm just thinking out loud now. Let's continue to explore. So, just maybe -- DBC had a durable, canvas-type bag or equivalent. He very tightly secured the money bag with the parachute chord. Then the bag ended up in the River for a long period of time. It seems possible the interior bundles (protected by the exterior bundles) may have held up quite well and weathered the water submersion quite well, maybe even better than we think. For how long? Well that's a good question. Anybody got a spare 8+ years to check it out. On another note: To say money packets floated downriver in a paper bag, then ended up in a nice pile at Tena's Bar -- well, I'm saying that's not only very unlikely, that's a virtual impossibility. The paper bag would have disintegrated rather quickly, and even if the packets stayed together (what are the chances of that?) as they floated downriver, it seems to me there just isn't enough elapsed time and river to cause the bills to end up in the tattered and worn condition they were found to be in at T-Bar. MeyerLouie
  13. That statement was FIRST made by SAFECRACK! Seems like A LOT of people suddenly realized this, but ONLY one answer has ever really explained how the money arrived in a bundle in one place - ONLY ONE! Had the money have been in the water for 8 yrs - it would have fanned OUT! __________________________________________________ Jo, You've gone red. What's the deal with that? Is that a good color for you? It definitely matches that fiery fierceness. The money wouldn't have fanned out if it stayed in the bag for most of those 8 years. Having stayed in the bag might explain why the bills showed wear and tear yet somehow remained intact and in close proximity to one ether -- rubber bands and all. The money creates more questions and answers.... when you think about it, that's a pretty useless statement. I don't get any kind of warm fuzzies from it, I don't get all gooey inside from it. In fact, it leaves me hanging, it leave me feeling empty -- no closure, no resolution of any kind. MeyerLouie
  14. Well, I don't have any real explanations on how the money arrived at Tena Bar. Someone buried it, it washed up somehow, it was dredged there. I just have no definitive idea. Theories, yes. But that's all they are, and they are not supported by proof. Frankly, there are too many unknowns. I proposed that if the Amboy chute was really Cooper's, then this could narrow possibilities. Some folks said they believe the FBI's explanation and that this idea is a non-starter. (that the chute could be from the hijacking) Okay. I remind people that about 18 months ago they also forwarded Marla Cooper as a 'viable witness' with little or no evidence to demonstrate that. And since that time, Marla has withdrawn a portion of her initial claims. I got that last bit from speaking to the folks at KickAss Oregon History. I didn't say that to somehow 'discredit' Marla, (although it's true I don't believe her version of events) but to show the FBI hasn't always been right in the Cooper case. Inline imaging: Still couldn't figure it out. Is this code inserted into the text of the post? Sounds easy. I'm probably missing something. __________________________________________________ Blevins, you are all over the place. How about coming up for air, slow down, focus. Jeez! I have noticed you and Jo have one major thing in common. You both label the FBI inept and incompetent when their actions, or lack thereof, don't agree with each of your agendas. Frankly, it's getting old. Can the FBI be that incompetent? I mean, you and Jo give them a D- on just about everything -- all the time. They are now the enemy. Another thing: give it up on the Amoboy chute thing already. We've heard your position on that so many times. You made your point, give it a rest. Didn't you read Smoking99's post about that -- what the FBI did and why? It can't be any more clear than that, as she said. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason. MeyerLouie
  15. Okay. Just making sure -- cause you started out in that direction but then mentioned that it might end up at Tena Bar. Trying to keep the experiments straight. I actually think testing the paper bag might be an interesting experiment. The outcome might surprise us all. But remember - there's paper bags and then there are paper bags - so to maintain as much validity as possible -- considering we don't have much in the way of controls and such -- you can't just buy the dollar store brand - get some that vary in strength. And it should be the Columbia. I hate to mention it since I know we have fishing folks on this forum, but there might be something in the Columbia that erodes paper faster than say a mountain stream would??
  16. Blevins you have a one track mind and are mixing apples with oranges. That you do this for three years certifies your conspiracy theory based mental system. You sound so official! and wrong! Even if Cooper landed where you say and the Amboy chute is Coopers, that 'still' does not require that the money at T_Bar was 'buried'. There are many other options involving not only Cooper but others as well. [This fact was noted by the agent and others at Vancouver-Portland at the time, in 1980] Let's assume for the moment for the sake of argument the T-Bar money was buried and we have independent proof of that, which we don't, that still does not require it was Cooper who did the burying, or that it was buried at all vs thrown on shore from a passing boat... ! [That fact was noted by the agent and others at Vancouver-Portland in 1980] If the Amboy chute is Cooper's that does not require that the T-Bar money was buried! If the Amboy chute is Cooper's and the money was buried, that does not require that the T-Bar money was buried by Cooper! ** Moreover, you have yet to give us a date when you say Cooper buried money at Tina Bar. Was it 1971, 1974, 1978, 1979, 1980, or at 3:30pm on the afternoon of January 10th 1980 according to Lord Usher 1637 ? ps: Let me throw this in for the helluvit because quite frankly all of these conspiracy theories thrown around here by Blevins, Knoss, Weber, etal, try to connect distant abstract alleged factoids which no ordinary thinking process could connect ... a central fact seems to be being avoided! Shouldn't the money find site itself say something about whether money was buried or not, and by what possible means, if burying has anything to do with this? Why are we looking at some parachute at Amboy, some alleged death confession in another State, .. we might just as well look at variable stars in the Andromeda Galaxy too! Focus on the thing itself and stop all of this conspiracy driven bullshit which tries to connect things which can't connect and very likely don't connect at all! Now either Tom's Kaye Science Team generated some core facts about the money site itself, or it didn't! That was it's mission as mandated by the FBI. Everything else is Gullible's Travels. Hey Blevins, scientific analysis and logical deduction are just not your strong suit. Give it up already. In your argument above re: the Amboy chute v. T-Bar money find, once again you have confused your assumptions with fact. Georger always notices the flaws in your logic, and responds accordingly (vehemently, actually -- every frickin' time). You just keep on keepin' on, you little trooper, no matter what. Observe how Georger laid out his argument above -- his deductions and conclusions are based on sound logical analysis. That's his thing, he's good at it. Stick with what you know -- book reviews, publishing, cleaning, Subarus, getting lost in the woods, and skin magazines (Did you know that Marilyn Monroe was the first Playboy centerfold. Even in my adolescence, I had sense enough to keep that particular issue, but I can't get the pages unstuck -- still, to this day. What's the deal with that?). MeyerLouie
  17. The above has a lot of the earmark of both JT and Knoss. Since Knoss has referred to the name Nichols before in irrational postings and in things he sent to me and told me on the phone. The mention of Dormuth threw me a little there and made me think of someone who DOES not post to this thread. The poster is trying hard to hide his ID and one of the crew came to mind along with our beloved Georger....I think this crew member and Georger may have talked over the yrs. The mention of Dormuth - is a key to the posters ID. Galen Cook is also a good candidate for the post, because of his mention the TRUTH will be shocking and not coming from the DZ. Cook I believe reads the thread. The statement "you're closer than you think" sticks out and tells me it could be Galen. No caps is an earmark of JT, Knoss and Cook. Wonder if the co-pilot and Georger talk! __________________________________________________ This is pure, unadulterated character assassination. How would you feel if someone only speculated publicly about your possible, alleged guilt? Unless you have proof or confirmation, you should not be doing this. It's so disrespectful, especially to those who have been publicly accused or humiliated and did nothing. I believe there is a law against this kind of thing. I'm not up the current laws, but the words slander and defamation of character come to mind. This kind of activity should have no place on this forum. It's a new low for sure. MeyerLouie
  18. I'm sorry for your loss, Blevins. Your brother looks like he was a great guy, and his wife, to lose a mother and a husband a week apart, well, that's almost too much to bear. My heart goes out to her -- I would guess she's going to need a lot of support in the new few weeks, months, and years. I understand somewhat -- my mother lost her husband and a daughter two weeks apart -- a long time ago, and they both died in the same hospital. It took a long time for our family to get back on our feet -- as I know it will with your sister-in-law and your family. God bless you and yours during this difficult time. MeyerLouie
  19. Hey Meyer. Just got in, been a long day, but much accomplished. Welcome back. Take care. You know what I mean .... Yes, there is some good material in those early days. Was more problem oriented back then I think ... in spite of JT! (thats a joke - he's reading this). Take care.. take care.. later. G. Thanks for the kind words, and I will continue reading more of the early posts. I find them very informative. Be well. MeyerLouie Georger, the early posts ask some very good questions about facts and evidence. It would be nice to revisit some of thoses issues -- not to re-hash things over, but maybe to bring new light, new blood, to the discussion -- just a thought. I got a PM from an old friend today. We went to college in Eastern Washington -- years ago. Jeff K, if you're here, how the heck are you? I was not able to reply to your PM. Send me an email or post, and I'll email you or PM back. It's been a long time. MeyerLouie
  20. Unware it was actually planned and dates set and location set! Frankly I don't think it will fly this yr unless the FBI appears to make a statement and I don't expect that until NOV. I stay out of the public eye and have since 2001. Do want to know the date of the museum opening and that is all I am interested in. If any of the crew and the FBI are going to be at a function and "they" ask me I will try to be there. The Co-pilot once told me WE need to end this, but his illness got in the way. This was when I put him intouch with Tina. Also want Duane's ashes poured our of plane along the fight route - My daughter wants this also. She told me it was the most appropriate thing I could do... .and then walk away and say GOOD BY! I will keep a little of him to take to Lorraine where he was born and I will be buried in Ohio with my Jim. I will only be with the crew and will not be make a presentation as I do not do well in crowds or with cameras and microphones. No invitation has been offered. I think it more appropriate if there was an FBI spokes person to be make a short annoucement with a question and answer session. The case IS being CLOSED and it will BE OFFICIAL. Perhaps behind closed doors. IT is anyones guess at this time. Perhaps an agent blowing smoke to keep people like me away. I expect by AUGUST I will be moving to GA. My daughter will be here this wk end and she has something to talk to me about. She knows I have wanted to move to N. Georgia and to escape the horrid heat and humidity here. She knows I do NOT like PEOPLE in my face, next door or up over my head - need a cottage just for me with a guest room. My extreme allergies do not allow me to be around closed hall ways. I have to have a front and rear entrance of my own and no stairs. She has never been to this house and I have been here since 2001. Anxious to see her - but she knows I won't be able to live on my own for much longer. Have NO idea what she has in mind. I want to get my house on the market. Afraid I won't get enough to move me and put me in a suitable home. The market here is horrid....and I do not think the house or I will survive another hurricane. You guys won't be puttin up with me much longer. So much I have to do this yr, but don't know how much I can do. Could use about 5 strong men to pack and unpack a moving truck. Cheaper for mover to bring in the truck and the owner pack it.. Then they come by hook it up and away they go with it. Less damage when you do your own packing. I don't know I will make this all by myself and I have so many things I do not want to part with. Afraid a move will do me in, but if I stay a hurricane will do me in. In 2004 we stayed and there was lots of damage and we had a blue roof and no air - I kept a swamp coolers going on my husband because of his cancer...one of the neigbors allow me to use an cord from her house to my to run that fan with Ice infront of it. (she had a generator. Had grill to cook on, but I don't know if it still works. Hope I get moved this summer and get away from FL - I hate it here. I need to be near a universtiy so I can do what I have done all my life - go to clases and most of them let seniors attend free.....maybe I should just travel....but not fun all by yourself. __________________________________________________ The symposium will be just down the road for me -- anything Cooper has got to be a good time. I teach statistics at McChord AFB, so it's just a drive across town for me. It should be a good time. It may be hard (maybe even impossible) for most of us to have invested so much into the DBC case, then just pretty much walk away -- if that's what Gray actually did. That would be a tough thing to do, for me anyway. Anyhow.... I always meet someone who makes it worth my while to have gone to all the effort to get to the party -- it happened at the Portland Symposium 2011 and it happened at Ariel this year. Show up, I always say, you'll be glad you did. Jo, I empathize with your trepidation in comtemplating moving. I've moved so many times over the years. It's never easy, believe me, I know. However, I am familiar with the northern part of Georgia -- beautiful area. I took a little trip once up to Chattanooga, from Atlanta. I have some questions to bring to the table, but I'll save it for another time. MeyerLouie
  21. Be well. MeyerLouie
  22. Meyer: Only a fool doesn't learn from his mistakes. I've been banned twice for personal insults. I learned. I thought you were a nice guy at Ariel. I don't want to change that opinion. I stuck up for you while you were gone, you know. I even PM'd Quade about it, and sent you a supportive message. You remember.
  23. Well hello DZ colleagues, this is MeyerLouie, your friendly 'banned Blevins basher.' I saw JT's post, I had to come on and give him a big welcome back. It's been along time, Jerry. I hope you are well. I have been checking out Sluggo's website and I have also been reading some of the early DZ posts. In some ways, that's where some of the best conversation, information, and insight into the case occurred. That early DZ stuff was great -- before Jerry Springer got involved here, and decided to stay. Is Blevins still around? Does a bear shit in the woods? Ha! I'm betting he's got other people very frustrated too. As you all know, I lost my cool with him. It might be better to just deflect -- I was taught to just ignore annoying people and eventually they will go away -- if not physically then at least in one's mind as one changes one's attitude about the person. My opinion of Blevins and where I stand are crystal clear. It won't be necessary to rehash the same old stuff. I am happier when I am on task and focused on the case -- the evidence and information. Did I wish you all a Happy New Year? If not, Happy New Year y'all. And just in case I get banned again real soon, here's to wishing you Happy Valentine's Day, Happy Presidents' Day, Happy St. Patty's Day, and Happy Easter. MeyerLouie
  24. _________________________________________________ And exactly what does that little argument contibute to anything regarding this case? What have you contributed, Mr. Arrogant Know-It-All -- who has not done his homework on the DBC case, who is a self-proclaimed non-expert but talks like he is an expert, whose only reason for being here is to railroad through his ridiculous KC theory to sell a few books. After you submit your KC report to the FBI, doesn't that about complete your mission here? Isn't your work here complete? You have no intention of learning even the basic facts of the case, the only thing that matters is KC, and your mission re: KC seems to be complete now -- you've come full circle. I respect everyone on this forum, except you. Everyone here tries to speak with integrity, except you. Everyone here tries to be competent, except you. You are a disruptive child. MeyerLouie
  25. _________________________________________________ Blevins is uninformed, but he continues to talk like an expert. He doesn't even know the basic facts of the case, and yet he can't shut his big mouth. I think it's time to boycott this idiot. MeyerLouie
