Sometimes when you are viewing thread by thread, you come across very large threads and it is difficult to remember where you left off in the thread. Is there a way to put a button at the top of the thread that will bring you to the new posts in the same way that clicking on the thread from the thread list will? Wait...there is an exception, and it always seems like this happens to me in New York City. If you are on a highway with three lanes in each direction, and you are cruising along in the middle lane, I can't stand it when a driver will come up behind you in the middle lane, and then cruise over to the right lane and pass you there when there is absolutely no traffic in the left lane. So I've been scouring the classifieds looking for a rig and I always end up with the same scenario. I'm 5'6" and 137 pounds. My AFF instructor recommends that I look for a 170 sq ft rig (or that vicinity). So either people are selling rigs with 170 ft canopies who have downsized and are continuing to downsize (meaning that they're way bigger than I am), or the people who are my size are selling their 135s... Well, nobody said you had to drink any of it. It would be a cheap way to pay one's beer debt while still giving the rest of the crew the crap beer they demand! I would recommend, in this instance, bringing something else for you to drink...but be discreet-nothing is more suspicious than someone who brings a keg to a party drinking out of his own bottles! Furthermore, it sounds to me like his need for life insurance is evidence of his ability to gauge the risks vs. the rewards of skydiving. As we have seen far too much the past few weeks, SKYDIVING CAN KILL YOU. There is plenty of time to get involved in the social aspects of the skydiving community. I commend zerojumps for wanting to play it safe out there. The last thing we need is divers unwilling or unable to contemplate the risks involved before becoming involved.
