    My original logbook is hilarious. I was a 19-year-old hippie flower child when I started jumping, so there are lots of little pictures and poems to describe how I was feeling after certain jumps.

    Hey Lori, if you like Thai food, you have to go to Bangkok Chef in Temecula (if you haven't already). It's not too far from Perris or Elsinore, and the food is SO good! We eat there about once a week. My favorites are the fresh rolls (which are not on the menu), garlic chicken, satay chicken, red curry, and the coconut milk soup (I think it's called Tom Kha Gai). Mmm...

    Yeah, I hated to see that Griffith Park was burning too. I've been wanting to go there... It's really dry around our house too. Well, except that the neighbor just emptied his swimming pool into the creek behind our house. ()

    Oh, the huge manatee! Thanks for all the advice in this thread... very helpful. I went to my doctor for the medical. All he did was ask me if I thought I was ok to dive, and he signed the form. That seemed kinda pointless, but oh well...
