I was talking to Doug at the DZ Saturday night after you guys left. He has nothing but praises for GT Inviscid. That impressed me coming from a National Champion. Next time you guys are practicing I'd like to see some of the video. BTW,Just in case all you DZ.commers didn't know Allison is a real cutie. Thanks for the #. I just got off the phone with Sunny and she is definitely flying high, but she's still in pain. They didn't even give her a button to self admister the drugs. (They must have known she's a skydiver. ) Poor girl can't jump for 6 weeks. That's gonna be tough, but she said she hopes to be able to jump in time for the DZ.com record in Raeford in July. One of the guys I work with is a huge bodybuilding fan and amatuer body builder. He said this guy used something called synthol ( might be spelled wrong). It is soem type of oil that you inject and it stays in that area. He said if you ever see the guy close up you can really tell because of the way his muscles are shaped and the are very uneven. Well, at least they will look cool when they eventually kill themselves, right? So how exactly do stupid people get sponsored? 1. Last summer I got a group of friends together just so we could say we did it. I got hooked. No one else in the group still jumps. 2. 1 year in June. 3. Every jump is different. I am always learning something new. Most of all I can walk on to any dropzone and within minutes feel like I've been friends with them for years. Overall, we have the best people in this sport. I do remember a joke about this I heard years ago. A couple of 12 year olds are in the hospital. One is being circumsized and the other is having his tonsils removed. The one that is getting circunsized looks at the other kid and says," Getting your tonsils removed is great. When they are done you get all the ice cream you can eat." The other kid looks at him and says," Well getting circumsized sucks. I had it done as a baby and I couldn't walk for a year after that." Nothing to do with your question, but I thought is was funny. How does this deal sound? 1 year old Jav Odyssey with cypress Hornet 170 main 120 jumps tempo 170 reserve spare cypress batteries, pack mat and bag $3000.00 I thought the price sounded ok, but I wanted to check. Also I am currently jumping an Aeroglide 160. I know the Hornet is larger, but it is semi-elliptical so I would think I would get about the same or better performance out of it. It this a correct assumption? Thanks for your help.
