Nevermind that the vote was really just to suspend the current bill so they could have more time to vote on something that actually works. The biggest problem here is that the ACA was design to be as far to the right as possible. It's almost impossible to create a federal plan that won't just dump people's healthcare, especially with all of the promises to cover everyone with lower rates. He was sentenced to 6 months of home confinement with monitoring and a 3 year supervised release after admitting that he knew it was classified, knew he wasn't supposed to and stated that he did it to show his children and grand children. Knowingly creating and bringing classified materials off base is a very serious issue and he got of with a very measured sentence. My father repaired and built nuke subs and to this day I know zilch concerning his career because he made it very clear that not even hand written notes could leave his offices.
