    If its factory, you *MAY* be able to find and pull a fuse for the alarm. Look at the fuse panel diagram, google it, etc... the horn is probably buried somewhere that is a pain to get to. You can also remove the NEGATIVE battery lead and just walk away. Will need a small wrench for that, pliers may work in a pinch. Just reinstall battery lead to drive.... might also fix the problem (probably not)... I had the same thing happen to me once too... good luck

    Factory or After market alarm? is it sounding the horn, a siren or both? If its driving then it doesnt have a starter lockout. So all your really dealing with is the noise. Its a siren only, find it, and cut the wires to it. Have the alarm processor removed or replaced at your convience. ;)

    To me fuck me eyes are just the focal point of a whole attitude. When there is that moment of mutual attraction, and you know whats on both your minds, and you make eye contact.... Thats fuck me eyes. In a time when no one can look one another strait in the eyes, and this time you do.... so much is said with so few words.... I dont have fuck me eyes, I have slap me and walk away eyes apperantly...

    What happens when an order comes down to do something you know is wrong? Do you do it anyways because you took the oath? You take the oath, but you never give up your mind, your principles and your rights as a human being. and it sounds like he has tried other professional avenues besides abandoning his post. Maybe he is a coward, maybe he truly is against the war, but it seems he is still trying to serve his country. I respect those who serve, but I do not always respect the wars they are told to serve.

    I have 700 and something jumps... and no license. The only reason I might get it one, is so I can get some ratings. But until then, I have no plans on getting it either. The real kicker, I was D qualified before they changed the numbers... ;)

    The first step to learning head down is head up. Its so much safer and better in the long run that way. Can you fly heads up, stable? Then learn transitions.... then head down. ;)

    I have never been sub 1:1, but I do have some experience swooping big canopies, starting with Sabre 2 - 210's and down... ;) It works, but it takes some work too. Keep it safe.

    Funny you mentioned cars... on my way to Sebastian Friday night my transmission pooped. Managed a few jumps sunday evening, thanks Wendy. I think Im going to make SD Sebastian my new home DZ. Anyone want to sponser my new car? 0:3:0 The really great part is a car paymeny and the insurance spike is really going to eat into the jump fundage. D'Bo
