Would you jump (and land!) a round?

i only have one VERY SCARY round reserve ride (it knocked me unconcious at landing for some time ) but 2 weeks ago i packed some 20 round reserves for pilots, and got this incredible urge to jump one!!! that's right, i uploaded the first Slovenian all FreeflY video clip (mainly sitfly with some headdown experimentation) onto ftp.skydivingmovies.com. at the moment it's still in the uploads folder, it's name is SLO_padliangeli_org_2.avi (divX) it's 6min 13sec of FreeflY, mid-air canopy footage and some swooping!! it's a bit large, 37Mb, but i did not wan't to loose too much quality in my opinion, the best thing about it is the music: it starts with some hard rock guitar shit (John Petrucci's guitar solo played on the concert album of Dream Theater, Once In A LiveTime) followed by the Mantovani's classic Hungarian Gipsy Dance. it ends with another live performance, this time with Jean Michelle Jarre's Ogygene 16, recorded at his show in Moscow please, check it out and let me know what you all think of it (i'm a bit nervous, 'cause it's my first video project i ever made)

well, i had the same thought, especially with the tokyo_14.jpg, but the more i looked at the rest of them (damn, was this joyfull ), the more i started to believe that this could be real hm, i'll take another look just to be sure, not for my pleasure ...::oh no, not me::.. well, at the moment it's not yet entirelly loaded (85%), but it will get there very soon... it's my first video editing project (hi there jose ) and would like to hear from all of you what you think about it basically it's 6 minutes of slovenian freefly (ehm, more sitfly ;-)) with some great music and the file is: ftp.skydivingmovies.com/uploads/SLO_padliangeli_org.avi with 37Mb (i could have done it smaller, but you know, qualitty issue ;-)) anyway, i hope you'll have fun watching it! hehe, same problems here: as soon as i put any video on the timeline it reports an error in 95%, and in the 5% it renders it i don't know why this happens, but from my previous experience i guess it has something to do with codecs that are additionally installed. my premiere works best with only those codecs that come with the windows xp... so it looks to as i will have to format my hd for the 10.000.000.000th time... i'm even thinking to install 2 windows xp on my comp, one for premiere (witn no codecs) and one for viewing movies (with tons of codecs) (maybe this will work... but who besides that m****rf****r Billy von Gates knows ) Check out the site of the Fallen Angels FreeflY Organisation: http://www.padliangeli.org

look at the kliky kevin made: it's the largest airplane in the world... it was made in the 1980s in the former USSR state of Ukraine by the Antonov aircraft design bureau (which also built the famous An 2). it was ment to transport the USSR kind of space shuttle (to me they look the same as your space shuttles), but didn't as the USSR stopped to exist. a few years back, the plane was renewed and put in bussines as the largest cargo plane in the world. the discovery channel had a great documentary about it in the super (?) structures series some days back Check out the site of the Fallen Angels FreeflY Organisation: http://www.padliangeli.org

it looks like the wings are the same as the one's used on the An 225 last sunday i took a look at the SkyDiving mag in which the 300 way was in... is it just me or was Robi on a pic that showed the inside of an Otter with jumpers giving high 5 to each other? well, i have no first hand experience with them, but a friend of mine used to own one and was really happy with it. i took a longer look at it once, and can only say that the quality is realy something. maybe i got your question wrong, but i'll go ahead and tell you what i do: i use virtual dub and encode my edited dv avis with divx pro 5.02 codec for encoding. i managed to get a 1,4Gb clip to 20 Mb, but with VERY poor quality (as soon as i upload it somewhere, i'll show off with it here ) Check out the site of the Fallen Angels FreeflY Organisation: http://www.padliangeli.org
