I just got back from there and I had fear that the new management would not as be BASE friendy as Marcello. Those fears are now laid to rest. Not only are they BASE friendly, They are better looking than Marcello Nadia and Patrizia are real great with the jumpers. I highly recommend visiting the Cafe. The was the cap of a nice trip there to meet Yuri, Lika, Valery, Sascha, 689, Mauri and the rest of the Italians. cya next time, take care, space

This canopy was designed by Stane specifically for certain parameters we needed. It definitely was not a "New Troll Prototype". It was a Hi-lift, lowspeed, low glide ratio piece of art. Nothing like a Troll. hope this helps. take care, space

I am really surprised that no one has brought up the fact that a 135sqft can hardly fly with an inflated 42" PC. I had a collaspe on a Raven 3 due to a 50" PC and slightly aggresive control. My prediction is that Saddam will be detained because to let him go would be proof that USA flailed. keeping people thinking that there is other sides to the story seems to be important. What do guy wires have to do with the safety of the jump if there is no way they will interfere with the jump because of the winds? I am not understanding your statement of pushing SL and PCA but kinda dissing a 2sec delay. Does not compute. Please explain. take care, space

I think that Tall antennas, with a strong wind bisecting the downwind sector through FF and landing are the safest because of alleviating the possiblity of an object strike. There has been floater exits with openings facing the tower done a few times. On the otherhand, These conditions are not very common. What´s others opinion on this? take care, space
